GG&G, AR15, Free Float, Tactical Forearm, Picatinny, Black.
The Tactical Free Float Forearm is easily installed on AR15 or M16 carbine length barrels and unlike other models this free floating forearm rail system can be mounted on A2 carry handle configurations. As with other free float versions in the market place, the barrel has to be removed from the receiver for installation. The two halves of the GG&G forearm frame are installed onto the barrel nut with a rigid attachment method. Unlike other models the installation does not require removal of the front sight or the muzzle brake on post ban models.
The unique design of this forearm, and rail system allow the end user to place rails and forearm panels at all twelve clock positions. The major components of the Tactical Free Floating Forearm are manufactured from billet 6061 T6 aluminum alloy and are Type III hard coat anodized in a durable tactical non-reflective matte black finish per mil-spec. The forearm panels are manufactured from solid acetal cold polymer.
