"This is a great ammo box. The only problem with it is it doesn't come with a rubber gasket."

"overall they are really good tins... one of mine had some spotty rust (taken off with a finger and some oil) and the other had a dent that was easially popped back. my only complaint with them is they will not hold 54mm long ammo (which it should as mauser is 7.92x57) across the width of the case :/"

"A year ago I got this ammo can for a toolbox. It keeps my tools dry and holds all my tools, no problem."

"These are functional for specific size needs only. American 30cal cans are a much better choice; They have better metal, size, shape, seal, latch, and fit/finish."

"Good Ammo Box, mine were decent shape, one with an \"O\" ring one without, very little rust, once cleaned up, looked very sharp. They are narrower than the .30 cal boxes, so if room is tight, these might fit. I like them because I can get more of them on my shelves. FYI, they're for the MG3 which is chambered for the NATO 7.62x51, not the Mauser 7.92x57, hence this box is a little narrower than it's WWII counterpart."

"The can came in only three days and was in a nice neat packaging. The only reason why I rated it 4 bullets was because I this that this item should be Grade III due to all of the scratches on the bottom, and on the bottom of the lid."

"OK, so they are a little rusty and a small dent or two. My tool boxes on my truck go down the side and these fit right in side by side. Longer than the 50 cal. boxes so long handle rachets and wrenches fit right in."

"I am pleased with my purchase. Yes they are narrower than American Ammo Cans. I like that I can place the offset handles together and can carry two together with out tearing my hands up; unlike US Ammo cans. Condition: my three are very good. some paint scratched off in couple spots. no seals, will try silicone caulking to make my own. All three have a pusher spring across the bottem cans to lift the belts up.I will be using for my .308 ammo storage needs and just as gerneral purpose use for the shooting table/range."
