This innovative holster was created in answer to many requests to provide a carry system that would accommodate a handgun utilizing accessories that were either rail or trigger guard mounted. The GLT answers this request, and more! In addition to allowing the carry of handguns that have accessories such as lights or lasers mounted under the barrel or on the trigger guard, Fobus has addressed safety and retention concerns that are unique to this model holster. The handgun is held securely in place by utilization of a muzzle stud and a safety strap that encircles the trigger guard. While assuring positive retention, rapid presentation of the handgun is made easy due to the open withdrawal slot on the rear of the holster and the design of the safety strap. Fits: GLOCK 17, 22, 31, Beretta PX4 Storm, Ruger SR9, 345, S&W 99, SIG P226, S&W M&P, CZ SP01 Shadow and Cadet .

"This holster is a good choice if you just cannot afford a Blade-Tech, Safariland, or Blackhawk holster for your Glock w/light. It works well with my G22 + Glock light (no laser) combination. The main drawback of this holster is that you have to learn a new drawing technique. You cannot draw the gun up like with most holsters. You have to undo the snap, pull the gun back first, then out. It is not difficult, but definitely not the smooth up and out motion that you might be used to. The one advantage this holster has over others is that you can remove your weapon light without drawing your gun, in case you need to light up something without pointing a gun at it."

"I got this to carry my full-size PX4 with a TLR-1 light. Initially it's a very tight fit. I had issues snapping the restraint for the first week or so using both hands. However once it got used to the gun a 1-handed holster & secure was pretty simple. Now that it's broken in my only complaint is it's possible to bump the light on the TLR-1 while holstering which is more of a minor annoyance than an issue."
