"This round is not designed for the pistol. It's a subsonic round designed for automatic rifles such as the MP5. There is less powder and a heavier bullet than the standard for 9MM pistol cartridges. The problems I've experienced with this round involve stove piping in combat one-handed shooting drills. I've shot just about every brand out there in 9MM and this is the only one that has caused this type of malfunction in any of my pistols. A very expensive round and not very reliable in a pistol."

"No offense \"Frank\", but ask anyone who has had to use this round and they will tell you that its one of the best defensive rounds you can buy. I have not had one single malfunction with this round (sig 226) one handed, moving, and two handed shooting. Ive shot it in a variety of different positions and conditions for the last ten years. You might evaluate your grip (lockout) while shooting one handed."

"This is hands down the best cartridge I have used. I regularly have varmints attack my animals and while other cartridges leave an animal wounded and in pain, this one drops them dead in their tracks, first shot, every time. Much more humane, if you ask me. And I wouldn't hesitate to trust my life to it against an intruder either. I have fired several boxes of this through my Taurus with none of the problems Frank describes."

"I was carrying this in my Glock 26 for about a year and had only fired a box through it. I realized I should test it out in a larger quantity so I bought 200 rounds. I put 180 through it and had about 20 jam-ups. It was always the same, the front of the bullet would get stuck on the feeding ramp and jam with the slide held wide open. With the flat bottomed, short magazine I could slap it on the bottom firmly and get it to feed. With the magazines that have the extended finger grip I couldn't hit it hard enough to get it to feed. I won't carry this in the Glock 26 again. I think the 147 grain bullet is just too bulky to feed easily. I won't be betting my life on this ammo."
