"If you have a newer DPMS butt stock with the sling loop on top DO NOT get this! The initial bracket won't screw together and the saddle part won't go over the buttstock bc the DPMS butt stock widens at the end and has a sling loop at the end. Complete pain in my ass to put this thing together, took alot of finagling and shaving to get this thing to sit proper, but once its on, its perfectly fine. Spend the extra $20-$30 and get a decent butt stock"

"This showed up today. As soon as I opened the package, I could tell that I should have gone with the non-rubberized one. There were little black flakes all over the inside of the clear package, and I could see that the rubber stuff was peeling off. As opposed to constantly having little pieces of rubber stuck on my cheek, I rubbed it off. Using my thumbs, I spent an hour rubbing, and peeling, but ALL of it came right off! I guess this company doesn't know you have to wash the manufacturing oils off of plastics before painting, or coating. Anyway, I also had to Dremel the part a bit to get a proper fit. It does its job once it's on, and feels better than the regular old stock. I recommend getting the one that isn't \"rubberized.\""
