"I installed this stock in about five minutes easy. Good looking and durable. Dont forget the Picatiny rail on the side, thats where I store my flashlight when I shoot benchrest. Still looking for the spare magazine mount for picatinny rail though."

"Probably the best item I've ever bought from CTD! Some rudimentary instructions would have been nice for us guys with no experience tearing guns apart, but even I broke the code and had it on in ten minutes. It's best to use one of those AR-15 multi tools for the castle nut so you don't scratch it. One tip: when removing the orginal tube, push that spring-loaded buffer retainer pin down and hold it so it won't come flying out and get lost. If you're looking for a collapsible stock for your 15, this is the one!"

"The best stock you can get !!! Very high quality and strong. When I got mine in the mail the buttstock pin was to far forward and out of the pin canal (so the selector lever was loose). To fix that I pulled the whole lever down and pulled the tube foward so the pin poped into the selector canal. Then the thing worked great!!!!"

"I was looking for a stock for my lower, couldn't decide and then I happened on this site, read the reviews and whaddya know, Installed in a few minutes. It's a little stiff to operate but will wear in with use. THIS is one really quality unit. If you're in need of a stock for your AR you will NOT be dissapointed, just get it and let 'er rip.."

"Excellent buttstock...I added the adjustable cheek piece and love it. The only oddity is that the instructions forget to direct how to remove some other typical buttstocks...but once it's on, it's a champ."

"Picked this for my build up, haven't installed it yet but I was surprised at the weight; 23 oz including the buffer (which is std carbine at ~83 grams) and spring. It has a good heft to it and feels \"battle\" ready. A note about the rubber pad, it's not soft rubber but instead is gripy rubber. Definitely a bargain compared to Tapco and others."

"I purchased this stock to replace my old 4 position stock and all I can say is WOW! I purchased it after reading the glowing reviews knowing I would be happy, but to say this item is high quality is an understatement to say the least. It is very robust, and is simply very very well made. I would not hesitate recomending this item to a friend. If your even considering this item, JUST DO IT!"

"solid and comfortable. I hate to say it, but it's worth every penny. put it on and forget about it. the compartment is just big enough for batteries and a small vile of locktite for the blowback tube. I have a special sling that doesn't work all that great for it but it's doable. would help to have a slot like the factory stock. for such a solid collapsible stock, i really don't mind."

"I had one on my m-y I carried in IRAQ. Stock had an awesome fit to the shoulder. Plus the rubber back added my needed comfort then the standard issue stock. Would tell anyone to buy this great stock!!!"

"I just received and installed this on my Bushmaster M16 style AR. It is very easy and quick to install. As other reviewers noted the rubber endcap is very comfortable. If you are going to install yourself make sure that you have an AR-15 tool ARR-070."

"I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good collapsible stock. I previously owned a cheaper collapsible stock and it was terrible. It had a ton of play in it and was just plain cheap feeling. I gave it to a friend and put on my fixed stock until I found another I wanted to buy. This time I decided to spend a little more money and get something I wanted and that was worth a damn. I couldn\uFFFDt be more pleased with my purchase. This is an excellent buy and worth the $$$. This feels very durable and has very little movement in it. It Locks in all positions firmly."

"This is an excellent piece of equiptment! I put it on my DPMS AR-15 and it fits great with no slop, moves smoothly, and was easy to install. As a former infantry Marine I am very impressed and happy with this product."

"Think Again..... Think twice before you buy this....The product is LOOK great But DIDN\"T WORK RIGHT, but didn't fit to well in my AR.If there is an option of 0/ZREO BULLET I will choose 0; This stock is build for Tactical and Short range shooter, if you shoot 100Y+ this stock is not perform well to meet the accuracy; because of the movement on the stock, it lose and clicky. If you spend more than $70 for a stock please try Vltor\uFFFD they work a lot better!"

"I baught this stock about 4 or 5 years ago and love it. It is strong dosent slip and has verry little play. I often hit targets out to 300 yards no prob. Love it and recomend it to our men and women who go in harms way to protect our rights and way of life."

"I was skeptical about this stock for such a low price, but it got some good reviews so I decided to buy it. I am returning it today, having requested an RMA.My first try at this was a mini-novel, so I'll try to avoid it this time - please excuse the sentence fragments.Buffer tube, spring, buffer, nut, and end plate all seem well-made.Stock seems solidly built.Stock wobbles disturbingly, especially when fully extended. Compensated somewhat by pulling in tight to shoulder, but this wobble may still throw off aim at long range.Stock extension catch lever seems chintzy, often stuck open, leaving stock to slide in and out freely.Still seemed ok for price, but last straw was storage compartment:catch for door is cheap piece of molded plastic that often doesn't catch firmly. Door leaks like a sieve when immersed in just six inches of water, even when catch is FORCED to close tightly.Stock gets 2 bullets because it is BARELY solid enough to warrant the price, if you don't care about the compartment letting in moisture."
