A formidable battlefield weapon, the English Bill Halberd, like many weapons of the day, came from agricultural roots. It was originally a forestry tool used by peasants to trim vines, brush and low hanging branches. As it saw more use in combat, it began to evolve into a dedicated fighter. Cold Steel's version features a 24.5" 1055 carbon steel head with fully sharpened blade, hook and spike, equipped with a deep socket and mounted on a 65" ash Boar Spear shaft. Man at Arms series weapons have a blued finish that gleams when oiled.
