"I already had one of these in a a Tiger Stripe pattern from eBay that I paid about 2x for. It is the pattern my airsoft team uses so I was willing to spend the extra cash for it but I also wanted a OD version for my real stuff or times I don't use tiger stripe in airsoft. This is a great chest rig for the price. I've had the Russian /Chicom style chest rigs before and like them a lot because they are durable and simple. The same goes for this rig but it has a few more bells and whistles and is very similar to a Web-Tex Chest Rig. It has the fastex buckles and velcro on each pouch. However, if the velcro is too nosiy for your tastes, the pouches do have a tab velcro silencer tab that can fold over and stop the velcro from making noise(CTD tech told me it didn't have these tabs so I was pleasantly surpirsed when I got it0. The map pocket is almost the full size of the rig, has a waterproof coating, and I have it setup as a makeshift plate carrier with one 10x7 and 2 8x5 trauma plates/pads in it. The magazine pouches will take ethier 2 AK sized mags or 3 AR-15 style mags each. However, if you don't want that many magazines in each you can cinch down the buckles. The side pockets are spacious and can barely hold a G.I. 1 quart canteen if you don't want to use the velcro and lengthen the buckle strap all the way. However, I put a G.I. plastic 1 pint pilot flask in one instead because it fits perfectly. Also the waist band has some extra webbing at the left side that allows you to attach a ALICE style pouch there (not sure if MOLLE works). The shoulder straps are nicely padded and the radio pouch has a rubberized interior as well. While not as good as some name brand rigs, it does have a lot to offer with a great price."
