The Caldwell AR-15 Brass Catcher is an easy and convenient way to collect your brass during a session of shooting at the range. This version from Caldwell is designed to attach directly to your flat-top AR-15 upper receiver. It does this with an aluminum clamp that fastens directly to the Picatinny rail. This creates an extremely sturdy brass collection device unlike your typical brass catchers that connect via hook and loop straps.

The Caldwell brass catcher has a generous amount of adjustability to accommodate several rifles and optic combinations. The mesh bag features a no-hassle zippered bottom and is capable of collecting approximately 100 empty .223 Rem/5.56mm NATO casings making it perfect for ammo reloaders.

"Fits my AR as advertised, does not get in the way, easily removed. I wish they made one for AK types. Chuck"

"Tried out my new brass catcher at the range yesterday and it exceeded my expectations. Easy set up and no jams.Very well constructed. Pull the trigger on one of these, you will be glad you did."

"Well not like the others I have to say the Velcro on the top flap is a pain to remove and to make adjustment to the holding mount. The flap should go under the top rail so it would be easier to adjust the mount to the location you need. Or have the mounting rails placed on the outside of the catch frame and bag. The brass sometimes falls out at the bottom next to the lower receiver. the vertical frame rails should have been arched to allow the bottom rail to be closer to the lower receiver. Other then that it does work OK."
