"Just received a pair of these. They'll never replace a full-sized set of binoculars, but if you need something you can stick in your pocket or a pouch on your vest, they'll do. Good, sharp image but very narrow field of view. I wear prescription glasses and they work ok with glasses on. Neck cord is permanently attached and the carry case has a belt loop which some will find a nice touch."

"I picked up this set of optics for a trip up to Acadia National Park last October (2011), just for some wildlife spotting. I'm glad I did, because these are an amazing value for the price, and are FAR clearer and have a brighter colour definition that several larger lenzed binos I had been using (which had cost more). The rubber coating is a little thin and mine was coyote brown with a hint of O.D. and some black and dark brown striping (I don't know if this will vary). The optics probably will not handle heavy abuse over along period of time, but the product dose seem fairly rugged and I suspect it will last a good long time under medium wear and tear. For low light operations in a sub-urban lighting environment, I found the optics to be useful (for my eyes), and I use them at work regularly to monitor vehicles and people during the evening. The case is nothing to write home about, but protects the lenses well. I hope you like lanyards, because the included one is permanently attached. I will probably buy another pair in the future just as a back up, or to keep on my 2nd amendment rig. Highly recommended, especially for under $20!!"
