"I bought this LR .22 based on multiple reviews from various sites. The fit is very nice in the hand, and is an ideal size for practice and or for training. It shoots very well, however the double action pull is rough. The decocker is very stiff, and not a smooth action. I initially fired about a hundred and fifty rounds to test and evaluate. Much like the reviews on the web, it will shoot CCI mini mag's with no problems. My 25 year old yellow jackets shot without incident too. I had FTE/FTF with Federal...one after the other. I noted many users in discussion forums had problems with their rounds not feeding at full magazine (10) capacity. I did not have that problem. I believe it may have something to do with their ammo, or they had a bad lot of magazines. Overall I am happy with the Thunder, and the pros outweigh the cons in the end of my evaluation. I am glad I purchased this .22LR. Pros: Inexpensive, reliable, 10 round magazine capacity, size, comfort, fit, and decent sites. Cons: Double action is not smooth, decocker is rough, and magazines are expensive."

"Got this for target practice. Great gun. Checked many sites before purchase and had good reviews. I've only used CCI Mini Mags, so I haven't had problems like many stated it would with other ammunition. Cleaning is easy, and doesn't take much to take apart and put together."
