Beretta USA is well known for designing and manufacturing some of the most durable and reliable firearms for law enforcement, military, hunting, personal defense, and concealed carry. Beretta has a history steeped in tradition with their Competition Shotguns like the Beretta 692 and DT11, and Field Shotguns like their Beretta 686 and SV10. They also offer modern day firearms like their innovative and exciting Cx4 Storm Rifle, ARX Series Rifles, and their famous Beretta M92/96, and Nano. Beretta USA has something to offer every shooter on the planet regardless of skill level or venue. After all, everyone should own at least 1 Beretta in their collection.

Finally, a training training in .22 caliber that looks, feels and shoots like Beretta's heralded ARX160 military assault rifle. Just like the military version, the ARX160 .22 LR is lightweight, user friendly, and an ergonomic masterpiece. This is a rifle full of cool features that will be a thrill to put its paces at the range. Beyond its striking physical and working similarities to the combat version, it also shares its ambidextrous advantages. The two-position safety, magazine release, and cocking handle can all be set to the right or left hand preference. Picatinny rails allow the user to build on anything they can dream, the rifle can be dissembled for cleaning easily without tools, allowing access to clean the barrel from the back round. There is also easy access to the bolt and trigger system, just like with a .223 Rem rifle. Constructed of reinforced polymer with flip up sights, the ARX160 .22 LR gives shooters the experience of shooting the world's preeminent military rifle at a price they can afford.

"I bought this for my wife because she's left handed and the price was great. I have quite a few guns and wanted to get her into shooting, and this was a perfect choice. I want to let buyers know that this gun ejects casings from the RIGHT SIDE and that can't be altered...however, it ejects them straight out from the gun so she didn't get hit with a single casing. She's very new to shooting and get this, she pulled off 2-3 inch groups at 25+ yards right out of the box. She ran CCI Stinger and Remington Thunderbolt ammo through it without a single problem. Field stripping is easy and doesn't require tools. Another nice touch is that the mags have external grippers on the followers for loading...you just pull down on them and drop the bullets in just like you would with a speed loader, which makes it super easy to load. Crap, it even comes with a pretty nice case! I can't say enough good things about this piece, I love it and might buy one for myself now! CTD shipped faster than their estimated time to my dealer. 5 stars all around. Buy it!!"

"Took it out to the range today. Even cheaper ammo runs good. Accuracy is beyond my expectations. I might even take this thing squirrel hunting!"

"The gun functions flawlessly , but looks kind of like a tuna . Ha ha . I love the case it comes in and contrary to the other review written the charging Handel AND the extractor CAN BE set to extract bullets out of either side for left or right handed shooters making this one of the best platforms availible for leftys. The way it field strips is nice and can be done in seconds. I would have liked to have had the option to change the grip and trigger if I wanted to, not that there is anything wrong with the stock parts, but I like to customize my guns to fit my needs a little more. Also the barrel is threaded if you would like to run a suppressor but unlike a standard ar flash hider requires you to punch out a roll pin b4 you can take it off. If your looking for a more AR looking weapon which can be configured with actual AR parts (trigger, grip, ect) and you can find one, and want the best 22 Ar pistol in my opinion, look for a smith and Wesson ar 15-22 pistol, they are no longer in production and selling for as much as $1500, But this beretta for the $$ is the best 22-style ar pistol you can get in this price range. it fires all ammo types without failures and the multitude of sling points is great for attaching your weapon to you in many configurations (1,2,or 3point). All in all it's a great weapon backed by a great company!!!"

"I purchased this weapon to teach my girlfriend how to shoot and basic weapon safety. I had tried with other platforms and calibers before but she was always scared to death after firing 2 rounds. All i had to do was put on a red dot sight on it (because the sights that come with it are basically impossible to use) and she was on the range like if it was a carnival game. 22lr is hard to come by but worth it in my opinion. The weapon itself is big, very big but surprisingly light. I recommend getting one or two 30 round mags with it since you will run through that 20 round mag in a heartbeat.A little heads up on range safety, this weapon doesn't let you hold the bolt in place like an AR 15, instead you need to insert an empty mag to leave it with an open chamber so the range people are happy with it while transporting it to and from your lane. Most of the body is plastic and requires very little cleaning after handling it. It also has tool free tear down which is a huge plus for me and that rail at the bottom is just screaming for an attachment. Not a single issue loading or ejecting using Remington ammo. At my local Shoot Straight they are asking for $540 for it, at this price it's an awesome deal. Just get one already... but don't forget a red dot..."

"This is just so people are not misled by Brandon's false statement: you can not swap the extractor and ejector in this pistol. The ejector is permanently fixed into the stock and rides in a groove in the bottom of the bolt (and there is only ONE groove on ONE side of the bolt). So again, it ejects from the RIGHT SIDE ONLY. Even so, it ejects perpendicular to the gun instead of rearward, which keeps hot casings away from the shooter. If you doubt what I'm saying here feel free to contact Beretta."

"I haven't shot it yet, but it came in a (totally unexpected) nice Beretta gun case! And as far as the action, it's a little stiff, but I haven't even shot it yet!cheaperthandirt.com has REALLY outdone themselves this time. Yeah there's the 35$ FFL fee: to add to the price. (my personal gun dealer) (a little steep, but considering they run the background check, I'll buy from them again)cheaperthandirt.com is legit!!!"

"Love it! Fast shipping from CTD! Great case. Now for the pistol - shoots every kind of ammo, flawlessly. Everyone wants to try it! Only negative are the sights - so small - but I've ordered a red dot sight and am waiting for it to arrive. I want a stock for the back now. Otherwise, LOVE THIS - great price - you won't be disappointed - and it's a BeReTtA!"

"This is the most fun I have ever had with a 22lr. It is very accurate and easy to shoot. I added a laser/flashlight combo to the lower rail and it works like a champ. For the money, I don't think I could find a 22lr that would even come close to this one."
