"This Item is just barely OK. As long as you have a short eye relif scope, cheek piece and want to sit at the bench rest to shoot it's OK. For red dots you need your own rings. Any type of rough housing will losen the unit"

"I put this on a Century Arms sheet metal-receivered CETME. I wanted to use it to mount a rather large tactical scope, thinking that since it sits up high in the air anyway I might as well use a large-objective scope. I also tried it with a Tasco \"Bantam\" 1.5-4x scope that was sort of on the other end of the spectrum size-wise. Both required the use of extended rings for proper eye relief. The bottom line is, even with the small, light scope it is hard to make this mount hold still. I finally found a vertical mounting screw at the rearmost area of the mount that can be made to thread down into the hole in the top of the receiver just ahead of the welded-on CETME rear sight. This hole is there for the G3 rear sight, by the way and these are really G3 receivers which may also help explain why G3 mags work better in mine than CETME mags. This has helped, but you still have to check the scope every couple of shots and carry your Allen wrenches to be sure. I also mounted an FNFAL black plastic cheek piece and the rubber slip-on recoil pad made for a folding stock SKS that is a perfect fit on the original poplar buttstock. The B-Square mount allows you to look under it at the iron sights but if you use a cheekpiece you can't see under it any more. No cheekpiece and your face is completely up off the stock. It's well made but poorly designed. Now I am deciding which low-rider scope mount to try and this one will be for sale."

"This is a great mount if you have a PROPERLY made PTR91 or HK...not for a home-made/century made rolled stamped receiver cetme. NO mount works well for those. You need the proper G3 rear sight to make sure it doesn't move around, along with the PRECISE receiver cuts for the legs, and not just the dents the CAI's come with.Anyway...it works well for mine, and holds zero when I remove it and put it back on."
