"I have yet to fire the rifle with this lower, but I can say that it better than the other polymer lowers that I own. The construction is better because it is reinforced in key areas. If you are looking at polymer lowers because of the price then I recommend this lower over all others."

"I bought this lower because of the price, and the other polymers that I have purchased have not held up as well as I had hoped. This one is a hybrid. It is reinforced with aluminum in high stress areas. Really pleased with this lower. I've only used it with about 200 rounds so far, but I expect this will last for a while."

"This a great lower for the buck! Was a little on the border with a polymer receiver. But, with the steel reinforcement it's a solid receiver"

"I have several poly lowers and have had NO problems out of them. From .17HMR to .223/5.56 to 9mm. I like this lower the best so far. Whole different feel. Weight is still lower than regular lowers. I will be purchasing more soon!"

"I am giving this lower a 3 because their were some design issues. the mag release can get stuck on the top edge of the slot it rides in and that would be a big problem if you were changing mags and your new mag will not stay in. The mag well is to wide and makes the magazine feel loose. The trigger pin and hammer pin retaining screw holes are not threaded or even lined with steal inserts they should have threaded steel inserts because the polymer will twist out if tightened to hard. But with all of this said the tolerances on the gun are perfect in every way nice tight fit everywhere. Other \"than the mag of course\" would highly recommend this lower if it was not for the three problems."

"I have several poly lowers, but this one beats them all hands down. It's cleaner, has a nice weight to it. Now my only problem is which AR platform to I want to build? 9mm, .45, .17??? I will be buying more of these for my other builds."

"I am pleased with the lower. Trigger, hammer, buffer tube and detent.safety pin holes were lined with metal inserts. All pins openings lined up. Only complant is that the grip screw opening did not have a threaded insert. I was concerned that if you over torqued the screw you could strip out the plastic."

"This is a great lower receiver. Very high quality and it looks really good too. Its way nicer than any other polymer lower that I have seen. The low price is great too. I shipped it to my local cabelas and they charged me a whopping $50 to do the transfer, which is ridiculous. So I suggest not shipping anything to a cabelas. It used to be $25 but cabelas just recently doubled their transfer fee."

"I went to pick up this item and found a really great receiver fit and finish was well over what I expected I did have to clean up the hole for the buffer keeper"

"I wanted a polymer lower for my next build, something lightweight. While nervous about what I've heard about stress cracks and breakage in \"key areas\" this one is reinforced with aluminum inserts. This is a no brainer, it's very nicely finished with no molding slag and seems very strong. I haven't finished this build yet but I'm confident that this was a good choice for a polymer lower."

"I've built two AR's with this lower; 5.56, and 300BLK. I have yet to find a lower receiver that fits this tightly on an upper. There is absolutely ZERO wobble on any upper. I have put 3 different uppers on this lower (Midwest Ind., Spikes, and Anderson Manuf.) Very lightweight and strong. Everytime I shoot I try to break my weapon and this ATI lower has held up to any abuse. Buy with confidence that you will be happy with this lower. It didn't get 5 bullets because on both uppers there was a slight issue getting the front pivot detent pin installed. Had to run a drill bit through the spring hole to clear it out a bit, not a huge deal. If you're on the fence about getting one, just do it. I've wasted $40 on less."

"This was my 2nd AR build, and I was instantly impressed with how light the receiver was. I was able to add a buffer tube and trigger parts relatively easy, it comes with little set screws for the trigger. You have to be a little gentle hammering on it because it will scratch, and the fit against my upper was a little tight, but I figure that will loosen with time. My only complaint was that some of the holes felt a bit tight, but I'm thinking that is due to the nature of the polymer. I'm happy with the product and the price."

"Fit, and function are fantastic along with the weight saved over Aluminum. Anti rotation inserts are included, the mag well slop seen on the first generation has been fixed. To be overly critical about anything is the upper to lower fitment is ever so slightly off due to the mold used to form the part. The front take down pin on the right side is slightly skewed making for a tight fit and difficult alignment of the upper. The upper and lower seam has a very slight gap allowing light to be seen through the two halves. After 200 rounds no failure or wear of any parts. I give 4 stars only because of the mold issue."

"These are great! I've been buying Anderson lowers but bought the ATI Omni hybrid because I couldn't find my usual lowers. These have just become my new favorite lower. These are clean and have a fantastic finish. Good looking and as functional as any lower."
