"This Mako product is the best that I have tried. I like it much better than the CCA Bipod Grip. It mounts easily and locks into place on the rail. I mounted it on my Sig 556 and with the bipod deployed it holds the rifle rock solid on the bench or ground. It looks very well made and appears damn near indestructible. As usual, delivery from CTD was outstanding.....Very satisfied."

"Pros: It easily mounts on to any picatinny rail. It's very comfortable and is a pretty sturdy bi-pod.It's light and well made.Cons:This thing is huge! Don't let that pic fool you..It's about the length of a 30 rd mag! When you fully extend the bi-pod to nine inches, the legs become a little unstable...not too bad though.OverallI like it.. I like it so much im going to send one to my buddy in Afghanistan..he can really use this.I put it on my RRA Tac Entry.. It looks ugly, but i'm not trying to win a beauty contest.."

"Love this Foregrip with hideaway Bipod! It works great, seems to be very well made and worked great at the range either on the bench or standing and holding my Stag Arms AR15. Easy to install, and looks great on my Quad Rails! Very fast shipping from CTD too. Once again, I'm very happy with items purchased from CTD, thanks!"

"I reciently bought the Bi-pod and mounted on my Springfield M1A Socom 2. As a working vertical grip, it works great! As a bi-pod it does the job better than what I expected! In fact way better than the other Bi-pod I purchased for my AR-15. This item can take a beating and yet it still works as it was designed for. I would recommend this bi-pod to any shooter who wants to up their game!"

"I have had this for about six months now and have used it for probably a thousand rounds on my Rock River AR--it has been great. Good quality and would buy again."

"I have been using this on my M4 here in Afghanistan and it works great. A couple of things keep it from getting 5 bullets, though... 1) when moving around a good deal, getting in/out of a vehicle, the buttons at the bottom have a tendency to get hit and either one or both legs will pop out when you don't want them to. 2) One of the other reviewers is correct- this thing is HUGE. I can say, though, that it has been battle tested.:) I recommend this product as a pretty good addition to your AR."

"When I first looked at this grip I thought ( They must be out of there minds wanting $109 for this)but when I got the grip I now see why it's so much it's a great grip.I love how it will move with you just a little bit when your shooting at different targets. But the only thing is like one of the other reviews said (This thing is HUGE!!!!)but it does save room with the legs being made within the grip."

"True, it is a bit pricey but worth every cent. Fits my SIG perfectly and looks like it was made for it. Feels great in my hand. Bipod is spring-loaded and extends quickly. This one of the best purchases I have ever made. I am a very happy camper and recommend this foregrip to anyone that can afford it. You won't be disapointed."

"for some odd reason they would'nt ship this to cali, however after spending a bit more I was able to get one and yes it's worth every penny. Sturdy well built and could probably be used as a weapon of last resort. the base is a little longer than some others so make sure your rail is long enough with any other accessories."

"I am very happy with this foregrip. It is big, but surprisingly comfortable. I also have the Mako rails and light. Very nice quality."

"This thing is rad. Don't be skeptical. It is quite large, but as a foregrip it rules. I really feel like I have good, positive control over the weapon (Bushy xm15) when holding it. As a bipod it is nice and tactical. It deploys easily and collapses fairly easily, and is as sturdy as anyone needs down in the prone, or off a vehicle or whatever. Buy it!"

"Very solid, easy to install, and easy to use. Good value for the money. The bipod adjusts quite easily, yet I haven't had any problem with accidental deployment. The width of the deployed bipod feet give a very stable shooting platform."

"A little pricey, but for what you get it's great. It's very sturdy. Just took it out shooting a couple days ago and made the experience so much better. It IS kind of big, but not in any way where it's uncomfortable or to deserve not being recommended. Great buy."

"I slapped one of these bad boys on my HK 91's rails, and boy am i happy i did! This is not the cheapest grip out there, but im willing to bet my left nut that it is the best bang for your buck! its a little on the big/heavy side but thats one of the perks of it, it can take a beating and still function. Now as i said, i have this on a NON AR rifle, so all of you folks wondering if its AR only, it works for my 7.62x51 cal rifle. All you need to do is make sure it is screwed into the rail, so the quick detach is unavailable due to the sheer power of the .308 round. Over all its probably the best add on i have for my MBR."

"pros: Deploys fast, stable, sturdy and is made well. cons: Heavy, large, somewhat difficult to collapse, and is kinda ugly when the legs aren't deployed. overall: nice \"grippod\", I'm happy with it. Everyone at the range wanted one."

"This thing is so awesome! My only regret is that when I received this grip, the very same day I received the new CTD catalog with one of these grips that old a flashlight. Dang! But great item no buyer\uFFFDs remorse."

"This produce seems very well built and is a great idea, so I'm giving it 3 stars, but I'm not able to get a tight/secure fit on my AR. It rattles and moves around."

"I think this is one of the neatest foregrips available today. When mounted correctly using the supplied screw at the rear of the grip it is rock solid on a quad rail AR. Highly recommended for those that don't want a standard bipod and grip combo."

"This is a great buy and turns all the heads at the range when I pull out my AR with this puppy on it! :) However, it is big and pretty heavy. The legs extend with lighting fast speed, but getting them back in is another story. Still worth the buy!"

"I bought this recently. It is quite sturdy, and rocks at the range! The legs deploy quickly, and with some practice, can be retracted fast, as well. I really like this bipod."

"A very nice setup. I love having the bipod inside of the grip. It allows you to switch from tactical assault to prone with a bipod in seconds. It is big and heavy, but having both functions in one is worth it. It is well built and stable."

"This thing is all that it says it is. Flat out works great. Rock solid, stable in the hand and in bipod mode. Maybe a smidge big for the AR but I've got big hands and the weight is negligible. Highly recommended."

"I love this on my AR. With only two small gripes that the legs are a little too short to accomodate shooting with a 40 round magazine and I've had a few accidental deployments of bipod feet entering & exiting vehicles but overall is a solid well constructed unit that serves multiple purposes, worth the money."

"I have a handful of problems with this device. First, it is slide on, not bolt on. My bottom rail is impeded by the mount ring on the base and by picatinny rubber rail guards at the front. I had to take off the rail guards at the front to pull the mount all the way down. Real pain. Next, opening the bipod takes more than a single button press. There are two buttons, and they are difficult to press at the same time. I find the spring action fairly sticky, where one bipod will come out, but not all the way. Basically, if you were in combat and needed to go immediately prone, you could waste 20 precious seconds getting this thing fully opened and stable. Third, the thing is very, very bulky. It takes up several picatinny mount slots. I was expecting a non-precision device to require one or at max two slot points. Nope.Unimpressed."

"This bipod provides great stability while deployed and in hand. The grip is wide and feels good in the grip. The length of the grip when not deployed is the same as a 30rd mag, and provides good stability on its own when shooting in the prone. My only complains are that it takes some practice to reset the grip from bipod to fore grip and grip huge in comparison to standard fore grips. Overall a good sturdy product."

"Just got this grip today and it exceeds all expectations. Have seen knock offs of this grip before but on close inspection after reading some reviews you can see it on the grip in the picture if you zoom in on the side profile shot. Its made in Israel! And if your ever going to trust another country besides the US for gun stuff its them. Yes as others have written it is heavy. But I would describe it as solid. No wobble when in vertical grip position. A little wobble in bi-pod position but this allows for some flex while firing and to transition between targets. Dual pressure switch housings. Bonus! Fits in hand very nice gloves or bare. I have big hands though. The only downside was easily fixed. The fact it is slide on. Fixed by getting two 3 space Yankee Hill Machine rail risers (from CTD). Attached the grip to those then used them to allow for a quick attach to gun rail. Note: Do not try to use the UTG 3 space rail risers. The thumb screws bump into the grip before they're tight to the rail. Use ones with allen screws. Past that awesome purchase. Buy it. Shipping fast as always. Ordered on a Monday received on Thursday. Thanks CTD"

"I put this grip on the forend of my daniel defense AR and it works perfectly. The button to open the bipod work great, it's sturdy and stayed tight through 300+ rounds. To close simply squeeze handles together and thumb on your knee. The only down side is that my barska targeting laser pressure trigger won't fit in the indentation."

"It's a little bulky for a foregrip, but that's the worst thing I can say about it. I love it, it's a great product for reducing one more piece of gear on your gun. Had it on my AR-15 for a couple years now and it's come in handy more than once. Foregrip for all-purpose shooting, and deploy the bipod when going prone. Little pricy, but worth it."

"I had looked and looked and looked for a grip pod that didn't break the bank. Then I found this sweet little gadget. It is built really well and I have used it extensively in both the bipod and grip modes and it does both excellently. It does take a \"technique\" to fold the legs back in the and clamp the grip shut at the same time, but once you get used to it, it's actually pretty handy. If you're unsure about the quality or brand name, DON'T BE! This is the CAT'S MEOW!!!"

"This is a pretty sweet foregrip. It is a bit larger the. Then norm but still feels good in the hand havering the bi pod option is just trick for those not wanting to put a bi pod on the gun. It actually is pretty solid I was skeptical but after installing and playing with it some I really like it. It sure beats adding an extra item to you rails."

"If you have any doubts about this fore grip, don't. I was always skeptical about combo deals on parts because usually they are cheap. But this is not the case. Works just like a fore grip should and is comfortable. The bi-pod is just a sweet bonus and is rock solid the more you rest your gun on it. Great grips on the bottoms and adjusts to whatever height. It's sweet! Quit thinking about it and buy it."
