"I've seen, and purchased, vertical forearm grips at 5 times the price that are not any \"better.\" This is a strong, light-weight, comfortable mount. I filed a few sharp edges on the piece, but that's just a personal matter. It would be difficult to beat this grip for value."
4.0 5
"Excellent value. I have purchased and used several of these grips on guns that see actual field use, not just shooting at the range. Up and down, rolling around, dropping, stepping on... and the grips are still going strong."

"I,VE USED OTHER BRAND GRIPS THAT COST ALOT MORE. WELL FOR THE PRICE YOU CAN,T BEAT THEM. I DO SECURITY WORK AND I PUT THESE GRIPS THRU ALOT AND THESE GRIPS ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN THE ONES THAT COST MORE, THEY ARE A GREAT BUY"

"I installed this on the weaver rail of my AK. It works great, is nice and sturdy, seems solid.Great buy for 7$, simple to install. (just slide on and tighten the knob at the bottom)"

"I was a little bit unsure about how this piece would look and feel on my Saiga .223, but after I installed it, my mind was changed. For the money this item is excellent. It is simple to install and does what it's designed to do for loads less than other vertical grips. Pick one up and try it if you don't believe me."

"I bought one of these to slap on my Ruger 10/22 Tapco stock, and it fits great and does everything I need it to. I would buy this grip again, if it fits the appearance bill I am looking to fill. Good Value.Good and inexpensive product, what else do you want?"

"I put this on my patrol AR with quad rail hand guards and was amazed! Held on tight, good feel, and looks great. I\uFFFDve used other grips that cost nearly $70, and I would put this one over them every time. This is a great buy!"

"I ordered this item because its innexpensive and had good reviews. My experience was that the injection molded part did not fit on the rail as I received it. The dovetail slot was too narrow, and too deep, causing interference. Since I have access to good tools, I machined some material off the face of the grip (the top of the grip if you are looking at the picture). I also had to open the slot a small amount. Once I did this, it slipped right on and tighened on well onto my forarm rail."

"For $8 I was hesitant to buy it, but it is a very nice grip. It is very solid and has a good feel to it. I know guys with $60+ foreward grips and asked me how much mine was, they were shocked. It is certainly not the best money can buy, but if you're a poor college student like me, or are just on a budget, BUY IT!"

"Was initially confused w/ no screw to lock it in place on rail. It contains a long screw \"bottom of grip\" that screws up against the rail. Functional and worth the money. Don't see where it will fail me. Probably wouldn't take it into combat though. Platic forearm=plastic rail=plastic grip. Good for a low budget AR. Would like a cross screw to lock it in place though."

"great feel to this front grip can be adjusted easily with no tools and hold two extra batteries or something that size inside of it very stable I am very happy with it looks great on my m4"

"Wow, what a Grip!!! For the money you can't beat it. Nice and very solid. I mounted it to my very first AR-15. I had bit of a hard time trying to figure out how to attach it...I thought it was suppose to come with screws?...lol. But after a few min's I had it figured...lol. All around, great product if you don't have a lot of money."

"Just purchased this for my AR-15 and am very pleased. The grip is very sturdy and easy to install and adjust. Plastic appears very sturdy and reliable. I highly recommend this product."

"This is a great fore grip! Sturdy and easy to install, just unscrew the bottom then slide on rail look through sight hole on the side and then tighten! no need for set screw! LOVE it!"

"Arrived in 2 days, installed easily, and the rugged construction makes this a keeper... Plus you can't go wrong with the price!!!"

"You can't get better gripe at this price, fits my leapers quad rail like a glove ."
5.0 5
"I gave this 5 bullets based on the price to quality ratio. This a great grip for the money and I can't see buying anything more expensive unless you have some specific need other than steadying your rifle for off-hand shooting. I had no trouble with the mounting, but you do have to crank down pretty hard on the knob to make it secure."
5.0 5
"Just installed this grip feels great and easy to install worth every penny !"
4.0 5
"I bought this grip and installed it on my rail system. It feels great and does the job. I like the quick release system - don't need tools to remove this, just unscrew the bottom and it's off. For the price, you can't beat it."
3.0 5
"This is a functional grip, but lives up to the price tag. The bolt which secures the grip to the rail is all-plastic, so it must be constantly tightened if you are exerting any kind of force on the grip. The grip does fit nicely on the leapers rail, however."
4.0 5
"I installed this on my AR today. Very well built, seems pretty secure and solid. I imagine, based on the design, you could break it off the rail with combat-type abuse, but for me, shooting at the range/plinking, this is perfect. I would have given it 5 stars if there was a little bigger mounting point to not put all the pressure on the plastic rail mount. All in, plastic is very solid and feels secure. Can't get a better deal for the price."
4.0 5
"I got this for my Stag AR-15 and it fits great. Its very sturdy, but it is all plastic. There is no screw in the little holes you see either, thats just so you can line it up with the slots in the rail and screw it from the bottom."
3.0 5
"Screwed the base in to tighten the grip to the hand rail and the threaded pieces inside pulled out! I say pieces because they are in two pieces.Glued them back in then I got to looking at the top where there is a hole right through to put a nut and bolt in. Went to work in my workshop and hey presto!!!Get what you pay for, but after a little work, its O.K."
3.0 5
"This grip is alright for the price, not the best. Found that it best functions if you actually tighten it down with a flathead."
4.0 5
"This grip is worth what it costs. It looks good, fit easily on a weaver rail, and works great. I really wish the bolt on the bottom was metal."
4.0 5
"This grip was an awsome buy. I was very skeptical about this plastic piece but it is absolutely stout and strong. Had this on my rifle now for 6mo."
5.0 5
"I ordered this grip last year for my AR-15. It wasn't what I really wanted, but now that I have it I really like it, fits great, easy to put on and take off."
3.0 5
"Though there are holes for a cross-bolt, one is not included. Though it appears to have a plug in the bottom that allows batteries to be stored, that is in fact a solid shaft which when screwed tightly places pressure on the rail. See the other vertical grip (item 37147) for a picture of this item. In retrospect I should have spent a little more to get the other grip."

"A cost effective product"

"Ok this one is exactly the way it looks. It is easy to install, but if you have anything else on the rail you will have to take it off. other than that it fits easy, and tightens up nicely. for the cash it is a fantastic little grip. Oh and it has no storage compartment, but was not advertised with one."

"I bought this item due to a decent number of reviews. Not only did I get a great product for my personal use as a casual shooter but I found a great website that will continue to get my business for being fast and efficient. Thanks CTD!"

"Bought this grip back a couple months ago for my AR15 build and i got to say its alright and mounts fine and everything but it has a cheap plastic feel too it and is kinda to small for my hands. Went to the gun show and bought a real vertical grip from Tango Down and its worlds ahead this one."
5.0 5
"hi i just got grip and put it on. its great on my ar-15.very sturdy.better than the 20.00 dollar one on my ak its very basic and thats good"

"12 BUCKS CAN'T BEAT IT."

"I used the forward grip for 18 months in Iraq. I purchased many others types of folding grip and always found myself coming back to this one. My opinion, best you can buy is this one. don't waste your money on the expensive fancy ones. This one is combat proven."

"I've seen the same item on other sites and it is marked as the ProMag PM007 Vertical Forend Grip. Wouldn't want to feign certainty, but I would conjecture this is the same thing.Anyhow, I bought one of these and a Command Arms Accessories short picatinny rail (#37157 or #37158) to mount it to a standard mid-length handguard. The combination works great and at $20 total, a great value! Very snug fit with no slop. The grip is sturdy and hard. (Feels like it will probably will be uncomfortable after a while where the rifle weight rests on my top knuckle.) It consists of two pieces of plastic: 1) the overall grip housing, and 2) a shaft that runs the full length inside, allowing you to rotate the bottom of the grip and tighten a tip on the top end into a crosscut in the picatinny or weaver rail mount. Just takes a couple quick turns to loosen and remove (or install and tighten) with no tools required. Unscrew it completely and there is a small compartment in the shaft that is a bit thinner and longer than a AAA battery, so not sure what it could hold. An O-ring on the bottom of the shaft suggests it may be a waterproof compartment, although I haven't seen any product description making that claim."

"SOLID VERTICAL GRIP. COMFORTABLE, AND LIGHT WEIGHT.QUALITY PRODUCT."

"I put it on my S&W, M&P15-22. It fits snug as a bug! Then again its on a .22Lr!(not much recoil) Works perfect for what I needed it for."

"had to used glue after the screws were easily stripped then I taped it down -- hey you get what you pay for and it works"

"This is the best vertical forgrip I have ever come across. I started with synthetic/plastic grips for my rifle after my first tour in Iraq but I kept having them crack and split down the seem. So I swore off all but metal forgrips but they are one of three things: 1. expensive as \"bleep\" 2. Heavy, making your rifle front heavy and off balance 3. And finually they just feel wrong in your hand. So I figured I would give one last grip a try....this one. I was stunned, this is absolutely the best I have ever had, I now have one on every one of my rifles and used one during my second tour in Iraq. I tried to break one to see what it took but due to the excellent materal/construction and the interior being filled with the screw in tube I couldn't break it, even running it over several times with an armored humvee! The screw in tube has a cut out that is slightly too small to hold a firing pin, round, or battery but the magpul MAID pistol grip holds pin,3 rounds and a battery. There is a nipple at the end of the screw in tube that secures the grip in the rail space when fully tightened so even though there is a cross bolt hole one is not needed unless the nipple gets broken off. Even then you can still use the grip with a cross bolt :) Installs firm, easily, and just feels \"right\" in my hand. And best of all its so cheap."

"This is not going to impress many, but it does the job great for the price. Adds some good stability to the front end."
4.0 5
"It looks good...but feels cheap. I thought the screw core was aluminum but it was polymer."

"Gents:This is a quality foregrip. I have it on my DPMS Glacier guard paired with part number ARR-327.It works perfect, no wiggle!"
4.0 5
"I bought this for my WASR; works great have never had any problems with it. It is solid as a rock, with very easy install. The only issue I have with this is it\uFFFDs a bit too long for my under folding stock. I wither have to have it way out in front or way in. If you\uFFFDre buying for a weapon such as that you might want to get a shorter one."
5.0 5
"Polymer vertical grip looked a bit cheap, but is surprisingly sturdy and helps for faster target acquisition."
5.0 5
"I put one of these on my AR with NC Star Quad rails. If fits snug but has a little side to side play..Should do the trick though."
5.0 5
"I used this foregrip on 5 different AR rifles and it has worked flawlessly. This is a great price and gives you better control of the weapon. I also mounted it on several different makes of rails, DPMS, Troy, RRA, MI, UTG, and YHM. It fit and locked up tight, not moving after installation."
4.0 5
"I like the feel of this grip, it is very easy to attach on the rail but there is no way you can use this handle for any kind of storage..no biggie though, i store spare batteries/bolt/etc. in my pistol grip.Great value front grip!"
4.0 5
"Nice tight fit, no wobble. A little longer then I would have liked but over all a good product. Easy installation slips right on and tightens down nicely. Thanks CTD."
5.0 5
"This is the cheapest V-Grip you could buy but the best. I have used all of the V-grips on the market and can tell you that the rest are a waste of money. Durable, comfortable, practical, and the best $14 I have ever spent. You could spend $50-$100 on a hi speed one, but as a seasoned operator, I will tell you this is the best of the best!"
4.0 5
"It's a good grip and cheap. Cheap enough that you can break or discard in the field and not worry about it. 4 bullets because CAA has a better one for a few more bucks that can store batteries."
5.0 5
"This is one of the best buys I have seen on here. You can spend twice as much on a grip and you're basically getting the same function. It's very tight on the rail and its made of some really hard plastic and if it ever does break then at least I didn't spend much on it."
5.0 5
"Just installed this v-grip on my AR , fits like a glove and the grip fits perfectly in my big hand. Great product and a great price, can't go wrong."
5.0 5
"Was happy with the other reviews so I decided to purchase one. Couldn't be happier with it."

"Bought this foregrip to use on a DPMS AP4 that I use for duty. Have had no problems with it and it is strong and sturdy. Would recommend this product to others."
5.0 5
"This grip is the best. It's simple, cheap and it works really well. Mounts solid and even after 100 rounds though my AR it still holds on strong. I would recommend to anybody looking for a awesome grip on a budget."
