Magpul's MOE Hand Guard allows you to keep the light weight of a polymer hand guard but add the flexibility of a modular Picatinny rail system. This revolutionary design incorporates slots at the two, six, and ten o'clock positions where Picatinny rail sections can be added to accommodate tactical lights, lasers, vertical grips, or other accessories. Constructed of a reinforced heat-resistant polymer, the MOE hand guard is tough enough to hold up to the abuse of battle. Magpul has also added front extensions and a lower lip to provide additional protection from hot front sight gas blocks.

Use the Magpul MOE Illumination Kit (ARR-863) to mount a light, laser, or other accessory to your MOE handguard.

Made in the USA.

"This handguard replaced an aluminum rail fore-end on my DPMS A-15. It's lighter and provides a more ergonomic feel when shooting with the \"thumb-break\" method, especially when coupled with the vertical fore-grip designed for this handguard. If you intend to keep your rifle slim, this is an excellent upgrade to the platform. One issue: the delta ring on my DPMS doesn't quite engage fully forward with this piece installed, resulting in approximately 1 millimeter of play in the handguard. Hasn't been an issue in shooting for me, but I don't kick doors in for a living."

"Easy improvement to make for less than $30 to any AR. The Magpul name speaks for itself."
