Timney Triggers are one of the best investments you can make in your rifle. If your accuracy is suffering due to wide groups, a drop in trigger can help shrink group sizes by almost half. This is done by eliminating the slack and inconsistent break a standard trigger gives you. Timney Triggers provide you with a smooth, consistent and predictable trigger break. The default weight is set to four pounds at the factory and this is more than enough for precision work.

"I finally had the chance to try this AR-10 Timney out in my M&P 15X the other day along with my scope. What a difference in pull versus the stock 7 pound. I had to get use to how lite this trigger was to pull, super sensitive.I do not regret buying this trigger. I bought the AR-10 version instead of the AR-15 Timney, because it has a stronger hammer springer & bigger hammer. I read it on a couple forums that when using the AR-15 Timney Trigger with Military Spec NATO 5.56mm that you will sometimes get lite primer strikes. This does not happen if you use the AR-15 Timney tiggger with civilian leo spec .223 rounds. I personally called Timney to verify this information and they confirmed it and suggested to use the AR-10 Timney if you are primarily will be shooting NATO 5.56 rounds. The install was super easy. Note if you have a Colt Ar-15, The sear block has to be removed, Timney removes the sear block for a fee, I read that on the instruction manual. Buy this trigger, well worth the price."

"I just bought and installed the ar-10 trigger im my new Remington r-25 - Before it had the worst trigger i had ever felt period. It was so long and creaky you could hear the spring make noise as the trigger was taken up - it was like swinging an old rusted gate. Once i installed the timney ar-10 trigger this all went away. This was a easy to install, well made trigger. very clean and crisp. if you have been thinking about buying one then get off the fence and get it - this trigger is well worth it."

"I bought this for my Stag 4L. I had never taken apart an AR trigger group, and installing this makes me glad that I won't have to put one back together haha. I started knocking out pins and pieces kept flying out. But the Timney drops right in and just uses 4 screws. The Allen wrench is a little short to comfortably tighten them since it can't rotate under or over the hammer. I pulled out a longer one from the tool box that was able to reach over the trigger. But overall I am very satisfied, it was easy to install and cut my trigger pull weight in half."

"Awesome trigger! Installation on my R-25 was a little tricky when it came to the secondary locking screws but it all came together. I'm usually over critical when spend my hard earned cash but, I can say nothing bad about this purchase. The trigger pull rivals the one on my X-Bolt. I have about 50 rounds on it, all without incident. Definitely a needed upgrade. Do yourself a solid and buy it."

"Installs easily, works flawlessly, better accuracy, and excellent workmanship! What more could you ask for? Opted for AR-10 model with 4 lb pull for my DPMS AR-15 and haven't looked back since. Upgrading my trigger system has been the single best improvement of my AR to date. Not convinced yet? Go to local range or find a friend with an upgraded trigger system and pop a few rounds off."

"OMG! This was super easy to put in my Sig Sauer M400 (5.56) and what a change from the factory trigger it made. I will be purchasing more Timney triggers for all my future rifles. This 4 lb. trigger rocks!"

"put this in my DPMS LR308 and it made a world of difference. easy install. if you cant take the trigger group out of your AR than you need to learn. definitely made my groups smaller and fallow up shots faster. has a very short take up and clean crisp brake."

"Dropped this in my Armalite AR-10 no problem. Worked great at the range... until the 3rd round. Light strike on 7.62 NATO. Happened three more times in 20 rounds. I will hand work the original set up and drop this into one of my AR-15s just for fun to see what happens. I think if they used a heavier hammer spring, it would increase the dependability of this unit."

"WOW! What a quality product. My factory DPMS LR308 trigger had about a 1/4 inch of creep and then 7-8 lb pull. This trigger has no creep. Twitch your finger and the round is down range. Easy to install with detailed instructions. This trigger has made my AR-10 such a joy to shoot."
