"I bought these and a cheaper brand that is not stereo at the same time. I used these three times and one side went out. The other brand still works."

"I bought these a couple of years ago when they were twice the price (now replaced by the tac 7) I had the same result as the other reviewer. One side went out after about 2 years of use after it kept making a \"clicking\" noise for about 6 months. I would not buy again. Sending them back seemed to be more of a pain than buying new ones. The warranty expired and they would have charged me anyway."

"Friend of mine let me borrow these last year. I was used to my stereo 29nrr muffs and these were quite the step down. Noise reduction was marginal at best, and I'm sure it has to do with being so thin for rifle/shotgun use. The single mic's on each cup don't let you know where exactly a sound comes from, just left or right. More than once I had someone come up behind me asking a question and I would turn both ways trying to find them. They're decent, basic muffs but that's about it. Wear earplugs with them."
