"this is very dependable ammo, but its very ''dirty'' ammo. what i mean is this ammo has a bad powder residue that blows back in your face. you definitely need shooting glasses for this stuff. but other than that, its very good, quality ammo and its very powerful ammo for a .44 magnum."

"Very accurate out to 100 yards! Dependable, consistant. 1.75\" 5hot group at 100 yards with my scoped T/C! 4.25\" 5 shot group 100 yds with an open sighted Ruger Super Blackhawk. Retains plenty of knockdown power. I took a wild pig approx: 225lbs at 125 yds. One shot kill. Pig was knocked down on impact, got up and ran about 20 yards before callling it quits. I took another boar at point blank range. The bullet went in from top of the back and exited the bottom of the chest taking out the heart. Plenty of internal shock, though I added another round for saftey. Wow! Awesome power!"

"Fire fire these outa my 20\" Henry Big Boy.These are very powerful, lotta kick, big muzzle flash.they'd be interesting in a short barreled revolver!"

"This is hands down the best .44 mag ammo I have found, and I have tried many. Do your research on the ballistics, and you will see that although the UMC 180 grain bullet is not as heavy in weight as many of the .44 ammo using 240 grain, the 180 grain actually hits with more impact due to the fact that it travels faster(projectile impact is determined by both bullet weight and velocity) A heavier 240 grain travels slower, drops quicker, and has less knockdown than this 180 grain .44 UMC. This round embodies the essence of efficiency and performance. I will buy no other kind of .44 from now on. Go UMC!! Bang! Boom!"

"These magnums are a real blast to shoot at the range. They are loud and make a huge fireball out of my 6 inch Ruger single action. But the lighter bullet reduces the recoil. I shot a few in my Marlin rifle and they are very accurate. Just hard to find this 180 grain load."

"Purchased two boxes for my .44 Desert Eagle for an indoor range session. Found that these were INSANELY loud with huge blasts, drawing more attention than I was comfortable with. It says something when the dude with the .454 Casull downrange is getting one-upped. Don't try to fire these rounds indoor on a packed range, especially with newbies or folks taking instruction present!"

"I have a S&W Model 29 with a 6.5 inch barrel, and this is the Dirty Harry load. Incredibly loud and a lot of kick. You will also need shooting glasses, as I could feel some residue blowing back in my face. These are also a very fast round, and as a result I ended up shooting low. For a handgun these are a bit much. I expect the are better suited for a lever action."

"Purchased several boxes of these for target fun in my Ruger Alaskan and 6.5\" S&W 29-2. These come with a mule-like kick (a big mule!). Performance wise - Velocity to give 44 mag handguns \"shock and awe\". Flames big enough to blind, then light your target on fire. And percussion waves to make their ears bleed. All in all - a lot of fun at a very good price!!!"

"My desert eagle loves it, didn't jam at all, and this gun is known for being picky. It creates a very loud bang and you can see a ball of fire, even on a bright, sunny afternoon. I'll buy some more of these. A bit dirty, but worth the $$."

"If you haven't used this ammo before, make sure you've got a firm grip because this stuff comes out red hot when you pull the trigger. I use this in my Ruger Redhawk and a fellow range shooter asked me if I was shooting a toy cannon. It feels like it and I recommend this product."
