Many manufacturers use cheaper, softer shot or lesser grade powder and components to save money. In today's world, there are just too few opportunities to make that "shot of the day" to accept anything but the highest quality hunting shotshells available. NobleSport Hunting shotshells are assembled on the same machines, by the same craftsmen, to the same standards and using the same 21st century technology as NobleSport's world class target shotshells. Only the finest plastic cases, high antimony hard shot, even patterning wads and famous NobleSport 209 primers are used in NobleSport Hunting shotshells.

"I thought \"ammo is ammo\" so I felt confident buying this instead of my normal brand, but really it was a night and day difference...in a bad way. Some of them jammed in the breach really hard and extraction is difficult with most to the point where I feared my extractors might break. The brass had linear striations showing how much friction was involved. On top of that, the powder is VERY smoky and VERY dirty. Clouds of smoke blew in my face every time I shot. A unique experience for someone using \"smokeless\" powder. I shot 125 rounds out of a 24\" Mossberg 500, and these problems were immediate and consistent. My guess is that you would need a gunsmith to remove these from a Judge handgun (I don't have one, but have picked up that they have tight cylinders compared to shotguns)."
