"As someone who isn't a ballistics expert, I am basing my opinion on rational logic, if not scientific or physical data. That being said, this cartridge has the highest score in my weighted evaluation of energy, velocity, and trajectory (in that order) of any other premium defense round I've seen. The closest second is Winchester Silvertips, with Federal Hydra Shoks, Hornady XTP, and Rem Golden Saber trailing off from there. I'd love to get all these into the field for some testing on materials and performance, but until that happens, I have to rely on the ballistics charts, where the Rem Express 155 comes out the clear winner. My Walther P99, Springfield XD & XDm, and Kahr K40 all shoot this flawlessly. My only complaint is that it's a little sparky, but much of a problem is that?"
