"I ran 30 rounds of this through my new Auto Ordnance M1 Carbine. Function was 100%, ammo appeard to be fairly accurate, all cases ejected cleanly, no FTF's or FTE's. This all in a brand new rifle. I will definately use more of this ammo."

"i have never fired anything like this wolf ammo. with 2 different m1 carbines one original and one auto ordance we had almost a 60 % failure rate, this stuff is complete junk."

"I used some of this ammo in a friend's M1. He had some other brand of ammo (only 10 rounds) that fed perfectly. I loaded a mag with these and it would not even load the first round. It got jammed half out of the mag. Hoping this was just a fluke or bad round I managed to get it chambered and it fires then I notice the bolt is stuck open with the second round jammed the exact same way. after 4 rounds doing the same thing in a row, I gave up and will never buy this ammo again.Never Ever buy this ammo."

"I PICKED UP A PLAINFIELD COMMERCIAL M1 CARBINE. TOOK IT TO THE RANGE AND FIRED 2 MAGS OF THIS AMMO THROUGH IT. NO FALURES, NO HANGUPS, NO NOTHING. WEAPON FIRED BEAUTIFUL. I WILL DEFINITLY BUY MORE.FRANK L."

"I used these in a ruger blackhawk. The steel cases expand in the cylinder and you cant get them out. I now have over 900 rounds and no way to use them. In New Jersey you cant own an M1."

"I was excited after purchasing my M-1 Carbine to find ammunition so cheap.Once at the Range I was severely disappointed in it's performance. Had MAJOR feeding/ jamming issues.Swapped magazines, still jammed. Changed over to American Eagle ammunition and the problems disappeared."

"I have fired over 1K rounds of Wolf through my IJ M1 Carbine w/o issue.Great stuff for plinkin/practice on a budget though somewhat dirty"

"i fired over one thousand rounds of this ammo through my fifty year old m1 carbine. it had no problems. only one of them didnt go off. i had a couple jambs in the original magazine but when i went through the other six magazines i have it worked perfect. If your gun is clean and your magazine is good you will have no problems. I can keep most of the shots in a six inch circle at 100yds rapid firing a 30rd mag. it is really accurrate"

"I took this stuff to the range for a side-to-side comparison in my '43 Inland. Only one failure to feed, on the last round out of the magazine. Must be something to do with relative friction with the magazine follower. The real issue with this ammo is accuracy. It suffered greatly in comparison with the other brands. Other brands got 3.5 - 4 inch groups. This stuff ran 6 - 7 inchs. Cheap blasting ammo for when you take the kids to the plinking range, I guess."

"I have over 1000 rounds of this ammo and have used wolf in every caliber. I have many cases of it and have found it to work good in all of my gun collection. I have had no more failures with this ammo than any other make and suggest trying it. If you have a failure it is either your gun or magazine."

"I only bought one box after reading mixed reviews. I had zero problems with ammo. I shot most \"rapid fire\" out of my 44 inland ,and expected same as 7.62x39 I bought before(cases). Reliable but a little dirty. Other than that , it's a great deal."

"I have a .30cal Auto Ordance Carbine and I was having trouble using Wolf ammo till I went to a range. There I mixed Wolf with other brands of .30 cal ammo. Firing over 150rds and now the Wolf ammo works just fine in my rifle. Wolf is all I will shoot threw my weapons."

"Wolf brand ammo is second to American brand name ammunition. But wolf supplies all the needs you will ever have for shooting satisfaction if you use your head. Clean your weapon after every use. The lacquer on wolf brand ammo will make the injection port sticky causing any brand of ammo to jam after continued use and impropper maintenance of the weapon. I own three difference brand names of military 30 cal. carbine. All of them take wolf brand just fine. And for the shooter who likes to fire his weapons often, wolf brand is the way to go to save money. Also, who wants to lose their brass casings in field firing? Use brass at home and at the range. The serious shooter sells or reloads all of his or her brass. Wolf steel casings are excellant in the field because it doesn't matter if you lose them. And they are bio degradable, breaking down much sooner than brass. I have done extensive testing of wolf brand 223 caliber, 762x39 and 30 carb and have found this result to be the case 100 percent of the time. Using military weapons there will be no jamming if your weapon is clean and taken care of properly. If you use non military weapons there will be jamming. This is due to one fact only. Militray weapons are superior to civilian weapons in most cases. Those who find that wolf ammo is not to their liking need to take a close look at the condition and brand name of their weapon. Ninety-nine percent of the time jamming is the fault of the gun and not the ammo."

"This ammo is junk. I fired it through my brand new AO-130. First round fired.....then....click. No feed. 2nd round....fired...3rd...click...no feed (repeat this a couple dozen times, switching magazines and start swearing under your breath. Maybe good for some folks, but my gun hates it...and so do I."

"Not suitable for M1 Carbine. This weapon was not designed for steel lacquered cases. Not only a poor choice the price is very high for what you are getting."

"MY M1 CARBINE SEEMS TO LIKE IT, NOT ONE JAM."

"I ordered 3 boxes and got them in a few days. Only 2 misfires out of the 100 rounds I shot. Inland M-1 seems to like it."

"Bought two boxes to try. And try I did. After 30 minutes I was able to get off 20 rounds, but was able to get the remaining ammo in the trash bin in 4 to 5 seconds. This can't be the quality of the ammo that the Russian's use or their Armies couldn't function. After using the trash bin I load my mags with good old Lake city ammo and fired a couple hundred round without any problems at all.Buy American even if it costs a little more. You owe to your fellow working men and women.Joe Eagle"

"I just got in from my range 30 minutes ago. My M1 carbine is a National Ordnance with a new Fulton Armory Bolt Assembly. Accuracy at 10 yards was 3/4 inch standing 1/2 second intervals between shots on volley. The small bottle at 25 yards didn't have a prayer although the giant size of a 12oz can. Of course my rifle will be cleaned this evening like always. 50 rounds through 3 magazines (one 30 years old original. So what the problem is with this round I don't know. Just clean gun...and shoulder properly."
