"Plenty accurate for targets and varmints. Worked reliably every time and never had any problems whatsoever. Brass is excellent for reloading."

"When I got my .243 about three years ago, I bought a box of Remington Core Lokt's to sight in with, since Remington ammo is all I've ever used in my shotguns. I took it out to the range and the Remington's grouped fine, but the fact that a box of .243 ammo cost about $16 or $17 was a big turn off to me. Well, we were at Wal-Mart and I first purchased a box of this ammo, because at the time it was $9.99, about $6 or $7 less than Remington or Winchester ammo. The ammunition will easily shoot an MOA group if I do my part, and I used it to kill a doe at 92 yards back in November. One shot, right through the lungs and out the other side. She took two steps and fell. I've got a lot of this on hand, but when I use it up I will order more.Dovehunter"

"with this ammo you get what you pay for. a cheep projectile that i feel is horrible. I hit a deer at 35 yards with 243 in the chest. deer went down then got back up and walked away after i put two more rounds in it. ive seen this happen before with rem cor lock 243 ammo. after finally retreving the deer i found that the bullet blew appart into verry small fragments."

"I purchased a .243 for my son last year and he used his rifle to shoot and kill two deer with this cartridge over our season here in Missouri. The first at just over 150yds and the second at about 40yds. The longer shot was a double lung shot that dropped the doe on the spot and the second was a head on neck shot that also dropped the deer on the spot. The 150yd shot shattered a rib going in jellied the lungs and smashed a rib going out, the second deer had a golfball sized lump on the back of her neck where the bullet and smashed bone stopped. This ammo is good stuff."
