"Just got this laser and just like the smaller version of this people were having problems with, this one did too. Basically did not work at all. I tried making sure the adjustment set screws were touching the laser and everything else in the world. I am pretty smart mechanically so I did spend some time trying to get it to work. Only way I got it to work was to use a paper clip, one end to battery other to case w/o the endcap. With either end caps it would not work at all. Found out the little metal peice supposed to contact the battery never did, either end. I put a peice paperclip in there to make sure it touched and still no luck. I guess I could walk around with said paperclip to battery and case or I could just use my pen that has a small laser at the end of it, at least I can get that to work. Pretty sad a 10cent pen laser works better than a 100 dollar one. I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.....on second thought maybe I will.............................Yea, I decided I'm sending it back and going somewhere else."

"Just got this laser in. When i turned it on. i was shocked at how bright it was. my only complaint is the pressure pad being a little big. I can deal with it. Its just noticeable. fairly simple to adjust. I'm new to zeroing in things and this is just a matter of field testing right now. Looks pretty good when its mounted."

"I wrote a review for the 5mw version of this laser. I like this one even more. Its twice as bright and very rugged and looks to be water proof. Make sure your screws are always in contact with the lens or it wont light up. Beware of stripping out the screws (just be careful.) I put this on my m4 and its never gone wrong. Holds a good zero its super effng bright, especially for how much it costs. Very nice deal, please keep this laser available CheaperThanDirt :)"
