"I have used all variations of the Remington JHP Golden Saber ammo, and came to the decision of the 147 grain version. All types fired flawlessly and excellent accuracy in my Springfield XD-M 9mm 3.8. I carry full time and also live on a ranch where we have predators. The heaver bullet is good in that area also. Also, from reports I've read, there is less chance of ricochet with the heavier bullet. All versions of the Golden Saber have excellent bullet retention and expansion. When your life depends upon maximum performance, this is a excellent choice."

"This is my carry ammo. It is in my opinion the very best. From reading about it to doing my own tests, it is the best. I also prefer the heavy for calibur belief system that some of us like. We have com a long way in ammo design and science. The old stuff you read about 147 9mm is not accurate in todays standards and technology of premium grade ammo. The penetration and expansion of this is almost perfect every time. My glocks love it. All of them. I have put a box through each one just to make sure. I fired slowly and rapid (as fast as possible) and never one FTF or FTE. It seems to be very clean. For the price, you cannot beat it for a premium ammo. The non-bonded works as well as the bonded from what I can tell or maybe its just the medium in which I test that causes the same result. I use layer after layer of old steaks and other meats that I have access to, and layer some in 3 layers of denium and others without. Of course, there is the water drum test as well."

"After reading a lot of reviews on other Golden Saber rounds I thought I would try these out with my setup. I was shopping around for a good fit for the role of CCW ammo in my Glock 19 gen 2. So far these are the best rounds I\uFFFDve put down range with that weapon. I fired (3) magazines of (15) rounds each @ 7 and 15 yards and had great groups. Of course there was no FTF/FTE, but then again I wouldn\uFFFDt expect that at this level or price. I will be getting these again."

"I use these in my Glock 19 and the accuracy is great. I get within 2\" of the target at 50 yards, and even more precise when closer. I have always trusted the heavy-for-caliber weight bullets, because my personal experience has taught me more power is more effective than better expansion, which is what you get from lower weight bullets. The recoil is not that bad, and I've never had failures of any kind, ever, with this ammo. The bonded jacket makes this punch through glass and keep penetration power. Overall, this is a superior ammo choice, and when my life is on the line, Golden Saber is the one I trust with great accuracy, high power, and high reliability. Highly recommended!"
