"Received this ammo today and I have to say I am very impressed. I have ordered bulk ammo from other sites, and 1 in every 20 were dented or bullet not completely set. I just loaded all these rounds on stripper clips and not a single dent! Will be purchasing more very soon! Thanks Cheaper than Dirt!"

"I'm almost tempted to write a bad review so that theres more ammo for me. This is great stuff at the right price, no dented or dinged rounds."

"Ammo looked good and functioned great. Accuracy was sub-par out of my DD 1/7 twist barrel. 5 shot group at 50 yards with my eotech and zero magnification was 2.092\" compared to 1.267\" with my hand loads. Not bad ammo for the price and the brass is all lake city which is a plus. Would buy again."

"Great ammo and brass. Mine was Lake City brass manufactured between 04-08, but if you reload than it is good stuff to keep. All rounds fired without a problem. Two things I noticed are that they are fairly long rounds (bullet seated a bit far out), so they were a pretty close fit in the magazine, but all went in and didn't stop up the mag. Also, it shoots pretty dirty, but any true enthusiast cleans their firearms immediately afterward, so it's a non-issue."

"A great value. Each round looked and functioned as well as the new stuff. Several of us put hundreds of these rounds through several different AR 15s, and an AK-47 chambered in .223. It is a great buy as the back order list will testify to."

"I just received my order yesterday. I went through about 300 rounds and it all looks good. I will find out next Monday if its shoots as good as the others say. By far, this ammo is the cheapest around. I even went to the gun show, and could not find any this cheap. I will be buying more to get ready for the Zombies lol's. Oh for the shipping, I am not getting it as fast as some, but it comes when they say it will."

"All I can say is wow... These guys are great. Top notch company. I ran some of these through my AR and had some issues, come to find out I have a head spacing problem. Primers were blowing out the back and shot placement was allll over the place.I called their customer service to find out if their was an issue with their ammo, if it was out of spec etc. After a nice educational conversation, they are sending me a free bit of ammo to run through my AR to make sure everything checks out ok."

"I just paid $25 to have a BVAC round removed from my rifle. Took my new RRA out yesterday to zero it. Dropped the hammer on my first round...click. I was unable to clear the jam, unable to remove the bolt carrier from the rifle. Gunsmith asked me if the ammo was a re-load, said the problem was an expanded casing that maybe the re-sizing equipment was off. Only been using BVAC for a couple months. Up till now no problems. Seemed like good ammo for the price. Not so sure now."

"Just went out to the range yesterday. Put all 500 rounds threw my custom rifle I put together myself, gas piston kit the whole nine yards. didn't have a single misfire, jam, stove-pipe. I was shooting 300 yards, very accurate! And shoots clean enough for me. Will buy more!"

"I finally got to go out and get some rounds down range. My brother and law and I went through about 200 rounds. We had no problems whatsoever. A great price and clean burning ammo. I will be back for more when I run low."

"I'm really pleased with these rounds. I bought them to do some steel shooting and they work just fine. Some of the casings were dented and it's not very accurate at distance. But for good cheap plinking rounds they're pretty good."

"After buying numerous packages of these in the 50 round box, I said why not and bought the bulk since they finally had more. I have shot over 2500 rounds of BVAC thru my hand built Stag now and have had 0 fte's and only 2 ftf's that went on the second go round. I have shot grouping's of roughly 4/10's of an inch at 100 yards with these specific rounds out of an M-4. I can honestly say I have no problems with these rounds. I have seen some minor cosmetic dings in some casings, but nothing that would make me hesitant about running it thru my weapon. I can also say that these rounds can be re-loaded numerous times also, the brass buzzards at my range think it's christmas when I'm on the line, they grab every spent case as soon as they can. Don't believe me, try 50 for yourself, they always have those in stock."

"The stuff shoots well with zero problems through 500rounds. For the money, you get a nice plinker round and good brass. It's win-win."

"This ammo is the best. I ordered just one bulk and want to see how it performs. This is one of the best ammo I've ever tried. It is clean and accurate enough to shoot 1\" at 100 yrds with my Savage and Nikon scope. 1.5\" at 35 yrds with my MSAR STG556 with Trijicon reflex M4A1 dot sight, 2\" with my Steyr USR and AUG A1. Is that impressive enough? Good buy and good stuff"

"I shoot a lot and given the fact that the military ammo I shoot is cheap as hell anyway, I wasn't going to be able to downgrade much. This ammo is very clean and shot very well through my DTI 5.56. I can't say a bad thing about this ammo and I cannot wait to get another case or two to stock up for the zombie offensive."

"Zero failures - 500 of 500 fired. A few dented casings but nothing unusable. Accuracy was good. Actually better luck with this ammo than with Lake City Bulk. Would definitely buy again (today)."

"Fired almost all of my 1st box and have had zero jams. Cannot wait to buy more of it. Highly recommend it. I use a Bushmaster AR-15. Some of the casings do not look pretty but they fire perfect."

"I got 4 boxes. I have already shot 1,000 rounds from my Rock River Arms AR-15 and zero jams, all feed perfect. Some of the best ammo I have got from CTD for an outstanding price. I will be buying more ASAP."

"I bought a box of this ammo for extra for a rifle class I was going too. It shot well and was accurate, farthest we shot in class was 250 yards. Only thing I noticed with this ammo it puts off a fair amount of smoke out of a 16\" barrel AR, and it is a little on the DIRTY side. After about 150 rounds the bolt and carrier were dirtier that what it was with some other brands of ammo. Shoots good though and for the cost, one can afford to do a little more oiling and wiping down if your going to do high volume shooting."

"I recently purchased this 500rd product and shot almost all of the 500 rounds in one trip to the range.... NOT one FTF! Also, when I cleaned my weapon system (Bushmaster), I noticed that my cleaning products (snakes, bore mops etc..) were not as filthy as other ammo products I had previously used. I am a big fan of BVAC. Thanks for the value!"

"I am almost through my first 500 round box of this stuff. I have fed it through my Bushmaster, Rock River, and plum crazy AR-15s, in all types of different magazines, and had absolutely zero problems. I will be ordering more very soon! Great product, price, and service from CTD!"

"I would love to say this is the worst value ever so no one will buy it. Only because my current reorder is Back ordered, and I hate waiting. Hey Bitterroot Valley Guys, please increase your production! All that being said, it's really a GREAT VALUE. I buy a lot of BVAC ammo (more than the wife would like). I appreciate the value."

"I bought the ammo for my newly purchased Stag Model 2T. The first magazine went fine, but then it started not feeding properly. I went and bought some off the shelf American Eagle and shot through 100 rounds with no issues. Luckily, I have a friend who has a single shot .223 rifle and is buying these off me."

"Have a few of the 500 rd boxes without a misfire. For the money, you cannot miss. I am starting to stockpile the stuff when it becomes available, due to the future political climate. Only problem is it's on back order more times than it's in stock. Wish manufacturer would increase production. The back order issue is my only problem and that is not CTD's fault."

"Actually 4.5 bullets. I've never had a problem with this ammo running in my ARs. However, I know some higher end ARs don't like these for some reason, but my Sun Devil pistol, CMMG, and RRA all liked it. Only thing is I'm always short a couple of rounds. This time it was two, so I got 498. CTD shipping was lightning fast. Thanks."

"Very happy with this ammo. Shot almost the entire 500 rd. box through my DTI 5.56 upper/CMMG lower with zero malfunctions. Not the cleanest, but who cares if you clean your weapon after every range session. Excellent price for good range/practice/plinking ammo. However, if you plan to reload, you should be aware that this is (my batch was, anyway) NATO head stamped, which means this is for sure 5.56x45mm brass, not .223 Remington, which got me wondering what load was used. My rifle is chambered for 5.56, but I'd have been a little nervous if it was chambered for .223. Not a huge deal, but good to know. My only wish is that BVAC would increase production!"

"I've shot 400 rds+ through my AR. Good accuracy up to 200yrds. Had only one jam that dented the casing. The last order I received, I was shorted four rounds. I know it's only four rounds, but it's still four rounds nonetheless. Hopefully the next batch will come with four extra rounds. Will be buying more."

"Great ammo. I have fired 320 rounds with NO problems. Just got back from the range and was shooting at 300yd gong and only missed 5 out of 90rds. Oh yeah, I was shooting a Colt LE 6920 with iron sights. I still can't get the hang of all these fancy new sighting devices!"

"Bought a case of this after reading all the rave reviews and guess what folks...it's as good as everybody says. Perfect. I inspected over half the rounds and honestly they look brand new. They fire perfectly in my DPMS AR-15. I am in love with this ammo. Can't beat the price and reliability. I would recommend this stuff to anyone and I am keeping my eyes open for when it's back in stock. The only problem is it sells out fast and is on backorder a lot. Thanks, CTD, for the great deal and fast delivery."

"Nice, clean, shiny, like new ammo. Is cleaner than Federal NATO XM193. Shoots well and feeds perfectly, but shoots like mil spec. 2 to 3 inch groups at 100 yds. This stuff is perfect for plinking, blasting, and most shooting needs, but if you want tiny groups, you have to make your own. Super good brass for reloading, so you might as well buy it, shoot it, then reload it. Really, for the money, you can't beat it and it's made in the USA!"

"I've ordered ten boxes over the last year. Not one misfeed or misfire. The ammo came quick, just a few days. It's a little dirty but that didn't seem to be an issue. Extremely accurate and my M4 pushed them out as fast as I could squeeze the trigger. FYI, I fire through a Core 15 rifle."
