"I bought a box of this with high hopes, for ~ 14 $ it seemed like a good deal. The first thing that I noticed when I got it is, the same box is loaded with different bullets. You could tell due to the different types/placement of the crimping groves on the bullets. However, all where seated to the same overall length. Next 18 out 20 would stick to a magnet, so if you have steel cores, some places will not let you shoot them. This is something that should be noted on the product description. Rounds were shot in both a Remington R-25 and a Remington 700 tactical, both guns normally shoot sub MOA. 100 yard groups where 4+ inches, velocity was average of 2723 FPS. Now the most important reason for shooting these would be the tracer effect, however only 3 out of 20 rounds light up. Unfortunately one of the three rounds that did light up started a grass fire, so be careful where you use these and do not shoot in dry conditions. All rounds did go bang when the trigger was pulled. So since they are not accurate at all and do not trace, I do not recommend buying any of these, I really wished they worked. I will not buy for a second time. \uFFFD where is the button for zero stars."

"40 rounds and not one traced and this was on a 300 yard range at dusk. Not very accurate either. For the price you might as well get some more accurate non tracer ammo."

"I invited a bunch of my buddies over to check these out. 2 of them brought their guns (.308) to check them out. I emptied my clip and 1 of the 6 I shots traced. I had just cleaned it so I thought maybe too much oil was getting on them, (I know dumb right) but gave some to my freind who shot 6 out of his BAR. 1 traced. Gave 6 to my other buddy he has a Remington. 1 traced. The last 2 out of the box I gave to someone who didn't bring his gun and he called me 2 days ago and said neither of them traced and he questioned the zero on his scope. After 2 shots of other ammo he said it had to be the bullets. I'm the last guy to complain about anything but that is sorry."

"Function wise these work fine, but there is one major issue with these tracers. One problem; when you get the bullet in hand, you find out that the phosphorus or whatever chemical they put on the bullet isn't enough. These are lightly dipped and only a little bit gets one the bullet. This is the reason they don't trace bright. A real tracer has the red chemical going a quarter of the way down the bullet. You also have to shoot these during low light, and be far enough away from the target. Remember the friction from the air lights the chemical to burn. Lastly these can cause a fire so be sure it's not really dry when you shoot this into grass or at a range. IT WILL CATCH THE GRASS AND OTHER THINGS IN FIRE."

"I tested these out at dusk. Only abut 25% of them traced at all, and of the ones that worked, the trace was very poor. I was used to shooting Army tracers, and in comparison these were a big dissapointment. The only reason that I gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because the price is pretty good even compared to non-tracers."

"I ran a box of these through my PTR 91 this weekend and I had 2 out of 20 that actually traced, and those 2 didn't trace well. Also had 1 FTE but PTR's are picky eaters when it comes to ammo."
