Paraframe I, Serrated Edge -
There is a simplicity to this knife that relates as much to function as it does to form. It's a breeze to open. The clip point blade configuration is ideal for cutting in close quarters. Openness rules the day where the handle is concerned-there's more air than metal-so it's quite lightweight and quite easy to keep clean.

Serrated Blade -
A serrated blade has a cutting edge that has many small points of contact with the material being cut. By having less contact area than a smooth blade, the applied force at each point of contact is relatively greater and the points of contact are at a sharper angle to the material being cut.

Clip Blade -
The clip blade is a classic shape and very practical. Its name describes a shape that seems to have a portion of the spine of the blade clipped off. This brings the blade point lower for extra control and enhances the sharpness of the tip. It provides ample "belly" in the blade for slicing or skinning and a good tip for inserting in and under things that need to be cut. You will often find a false edge with the clip point.

Frame Lock -
Also known as the Integral Lock or Monolock. The Frame Lock is a locking mechanism invented by custom knife maker Chris Reeve for the Sebenzas an update to the liner lock. The Frame Lock works in a manner similar to the liner l ock but uses a partial cutout of the actual knife handle, rather than a separate liner inside the handle to hold the blade in place.
