Skinner Blade -
A cutting blade made of surgical stainless steel with a very small angled back hone, a small grind angle, a small angled front hone, and a reduced size included angle, which has an increased hardness that results in a longer lasting narrow edge geometry blade that has a reasonable cost with increased durability and accuracy, providing greater cutting precision, productivity and net yields, while reducing the compression of the blade and processing downtime.
Drop Point Blade -
This blade has a gentle, sloping convex curve to the point versus the concave curve of the clip blade. Being thicker, this blade point is stronger for heavier tasks. It stands up to abuse well, but isn't as effective for easy penetration.
Full Tang -
The term full tan g means that the knife and sword is one solid piece with the two handle pieces are pinned on to the blade, one on each side. This is the strongest of the tang types. Half tang knives go the length of the knife handle, but only half the width of it.
