"Bought one of these with the LED conversion bulb a while back to carry on my belt while on the job. It's light enough that I can forget it's there, but still MagLite tough. I dropped this thing off a roof and onto a cement pad on accident once, and the only damage is cosmetic. Runs forever (and brightly, too) on a single set of batteries without dimming, but when they give out it dies so quickly you'll think you hit the button. All in all, a wonderful light that I don't regret buying in the least."
