Fisk Muk Stag Plain Blade Folding Knife -
The Fisk Muk was designed to provide the ultimate folding skinner for the hunter, as well as an extremely versatile general purpose knife. The premium 440C stainless steel blade has a fine satin finish and locks in the open position with a Lockback. The handle has a slight elly, to fill your hand comfortably and to be used even for stronger cutting chores. This version features genuine, hand selected stag handles, perfectly fitted to the stainless steel liners and held securely in place by four rivets. Also features polished stainless steel bolsters, and an exotic blade shape that allows a variety of cutting chores.
440C Stainless Steel -
This type of steel is a high chromium stainless steel with a terrific balance of good hardness and corrosion resistance. 440C takes a nice edge and is fairly easy to re sharpen. An excellent value priced steel for its performance.
Skinner Blade -
A cutting blade made of surgical stainless steel with a very small angled back hone, a small grind angle, a small angled front hone, and a reduced size included angle, which has an increased hardness that results in a longer lasting narrow edge geometry blade that has a reasonable cost with increased durability and accuracy, providing greater cutting precision, productivity and net yields, while reducing the compression of the blade and processin g downtime.
Folding knife that has a lock release on the back of the handle.
