"I received an email advertisement from CTD about this flashlight, and I like bright flashlights. I figured \"Thirty bucks? What the heck.\" So I ordered one. I'm not sure I'll ever have a use for the \"Flashing\" option, but being that all of my flashlights anymore are of the 160-200 lumen variety, I like the idea of having a \"low\" option like this one does, for general use around the house. That \"low\" option on this flashlight is just right. I received the flashlight today, and I am pleasantly surprised that it seems to be well made and sturdy. If this flashlight lasts 5 years ($6 per year), I will be completely satisfied."

"I got the ad via email and it seemed like a decent deal. I got one to replace my old mag lite. This is a very well made lite and is very, very bright on high. The low is still bright enough to light up the room or a trail. The flashing is slow but I will never use it so I don't care. I haven't had it long enough to know if $30 is a fair price or not but for now it's better than any mag I've ever had. FYI, the beam is not adjustable as I thought it would."

"Just received this little light which does not have an adjustable lens, but does have a high- low power setting and a strobe that is more like a blinking Christmas tree light. I wish Cheaper Than Dirt would advertise where the products are made. This one happens to be China."

"I received an advertisement for this flash light and I liked the original BlueStone 210 lumens that I ordered 3. Well, you would think a heavy 3-D cell light would have an adjustable lens, not this one. It has a cheap flat fixed lens like a Dollar store flash light. And there's nothing tactical about this new cheap version, the on-off button is a weak little assembly that turns on with the slightest pressure. Forget about carrying it in a back pack or storing it under the car seat, it will be easily turned on and run out the batteries. Over all this new Bluestone light is a useless piece of junk , not suitable for any serious field work flash light needs"

"This light is nice for power outages, as well as backpacking. Good solid construction. Easy to find replacement batteries for it. It is more of a flood light than a throw light."
