"This knife isnt bad necesarily but its not all that awsome either. it seems of decent construction and it has a decent weight. but it overall feels preety shoddy."

"While in the AF as a crew chief on B-52's this blade was standard issue to flight crews. While I did not become involved in hand to hand useage. I did use the knife in survial. The blade at the hand shield provided a excellent place to start a nylon cord attaching the knife to a spear length tree branch. The saw-like teeth on top of the blade cuts long limbs like butter for a spear shaft. It is an excellent cutter of firewood and the steel is strong enough it use as a cutting wedge to split larger hunks of wood for firewood. The only thing wrong wit it, is the legs that allow the knife to walk off, as it happened with my issued knife. Break these legs and you will have a superb hunting/skinning/dispatching addition to your hunting gear. The original knife came with a leather sheath and whet stone, The leather becomes slippy when wet for extended time, the nylon sheath will be a better deal I feel like."

"This knife is great. I thought the knife was going to be a little wider but it is still great, and for 20 dollars this was too great too pass up."

"the knife looks KOOL but is very dull and even after i sharped it. (with a nice Gatco diomond kit) it was dull. I know the price is cheap but so is the metal its made of. i would suggest ANY ka-bar knife VERY RELIABLE"

"It's made in China. What do you expect. If you sharpen it right it will have a razor sharp edge that will last a few minutes, but it's easy to sharpen. The hand guard protector gets loose after a while, but that's about it."
