CZ Answers Customers Requests for More Suppressor Ready Host Firearms in the CZ Lineup by Adding the P-01 Omega to the List
The CZ P-01 Omega Suppressor Ready pistol comes standard in an urban grey finish. The best way to describe the Urban Grey finish is that it looks like a mixture of Grey and Flat Dark Earth. The muted natural tones make it ideal color pattern for urban environments. Additionally the 4.4" cold hammer forged barrel is threaded in order to provide you with an ideal host platform for your favorite suppressor, while the suppressor height sights are perfect for acquiring your target should you choose to shoot with the can on.
The P-01 Omega, as the name indicates, comes standard with the Omega Trigger system. This system allows P-01 users to safely convert their firearm from decocker only, to decocker and safety similar to other models of CZ's. This model can be easily disassembled and reassembled without the need for tools. This makes the maintenance process much simpler. As an interesting note the US Army "Mean Rounds Between Failure requirement is 495 rounds for 9mm pistols. During testing of the CZ P-01 the average number of stoppages was only 7 per 15,000 rounds fired. This is a .05% failure rate or an MRBF of 2142.
