5.11 Tactical makes this full length rain coat from 100 percent waterproof nylon. It easily reverses to an ANSI Class III high visibility coat. In warmer weather the lower layer can be unzipped for a stadium length coat. The pass through pockets means you can get your belongings from either side of the coat.
