 Customer Satisfaction Policy

It's our goal to make your shopping experience easy and pleasant. To make sure you've received exactly what you've ordered, please inspect your entire order when it arrives. You may return any defective items within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund, credit or replacement. (Exceptions to this policy are listed below.)

  1. If you have questions, call 800-559-0943 or email Customer Service. They will send you a return label with a FedEx barcode on it and a listing of FedEx Kinko's centers in your area.
  2. Pack up the product to be returned and fill out the return form located on the back of the order form you received with your order.
  3. Take your box and barcoded return label to any FedEx Kinko's.

THAT'S IT! We will deduct $5.00 for shipping from your merchandise refund unless products are defective or we have made a shipping error.

  • You can return most items within 30 days as long as they are in resalable condition. However, you may NOT RETURN night-vision products, airguns, black-powder guns, ammunition, food and most military surplus items. Please go to the Product Return Form
  • Products and packaging must be in the same condition as when we shipped them. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition or deemed not defective. You will incur shipping and/or handling charges for non-defective items you return and for the replacement items you order. Product shipping errors on our part will be replaced, credited to your charge card or refunded at our discretion. Call 800-559-0943 for return authorization.

If merchandise is defective upon receipt, determine if the manufacturer has a warranty. All warranted products must be serviced through the manufacturer's designated warranty provider (we are not a warranty station). If a product is defective/damaged upon receipt or not as advertised, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Damaged or partial-loss claims must be made by fax (800-596-5655), phone (800-559-0943) or email (help@cheaperthandirt.com) within 10 days of receipt.

Manufacturers are constantly updating products, and specifications change frequently. Military surplus items are often in used condition and limited supply, and we reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices change daily and some products sell out quickly. We are not bound by typographical errors.
