|Received the ammo in good time (several days) despite the recent ice storm. Counted out 502 rounds which, honestly, didn't matter that much to me either way for a few rounds. All rounds are as advertised with NATO cross etc.
I break my ammo down into 50 round lots and add desiccant then package. After sorting and counting I realized just how dirty my lot was. I cleaned off a few rounds to compare to the others and it was a noticeable difference both visually and texturally. So, I sat down with an old tshirt and cleaned them all. Not normally so anal but they were pretty dirty. On a scale of 1-10, I would say they were a 4 or 5 as there was a lot of production residue. I have fired worse and all of the 12 test rounds cycled through my M1A. I took off a star and gave it 4 as it may be the dirtiest ammo I have ever bought, even my reloads are cleaner. In fairness though, it is bulk ammo and you have to expect that. I am ok with that trade off for NATO ammo and thought the deal was fair and the ammo was as advertised.|
