4.0 Rating It's early - 4/13/2012
Reviewer: Bill
Having just received the piece which was shipped very quickly, I'll limit my comments. First impression: Very Good! Probably due to the weight and barrel length with porting, the gun shoots .357 Magnum with less recoil than my S&W Model 19 (4"). Double action however is not comparable to the smoothness of the S&W. Perhaps this will improve with use. The grip is a little short even though I have a medium sized hand. Sights are excellent. Accuracy still to be tested but fit and finish are fine. At this early point I think this is a splendid gun, especially considering the price. Uncle Mike's Size 2 Sidekick shoulder holster worked fine when I opened up the bottom so the barrel could protrude; an easy fix.

5.0 Rating Best Gun I Own - 1/13/2012
Reviewer: Matt
This is a really great gun!!! First off, when I ordered this gun I received it the very next day. That's the fastest I've ever received something from online. As soon as I received it I went straight to the range. Right out of the box I hit dead center of the bull's eye every time at 25 yards (1 inch group). I couldn't ask for anything better. The only problem I had was the ports get really dirty and can be a pain to clean (could just be the ammo I was using). Other than that anyone would be extremely happy to own this gun.

5.0 Rating Taurus 627 6,5" - 11/27/2010
Reviewer: Alan
What a great gun! Shoots reliably and is accurate. Tried it out with a variety of cheap .38sp ammo and it fired flawlessly. Accuracy was a problem with some .38 wadcutters, but with quality jacketed ammo it was making decent groups. With decent .357 ammo, the gun is more accurate than me. Recoil is no problem with the ported barrel - even my 8-year-old was able to hit paper @ 25yrds. Trigger pull with double action is rough, but I expect it will get better with wear. Ports get dirty quickly, probably has to do with some of the cheap ammo I have been using. All in all, easily deserves 5 bullets/stars
