This stock is good looking and fits nice. I didn't use the barrel cover it makes the gun look like a toy not cool at all. I put on my own flash hider and it looks great. I did use the riser as well to get my scope up. It is a lot more work to clean but it makes up for it in looks.

First, the quality, look and fit of the upper and lower receiver housings and forestock rate 5 bullets. Unfortunately, the muzzle piece for the end of the barrel didn't match. It was the same good fit and quality, but pretty cheap looking and I thought it took away from the overall good looks of the rest of the gun. I took it off and installed one of the $20 double muzzle brakes and now it looks killer. And as previously mentioned, the top rail mounts a scope way too low for those who don't have an eyeball attached to their ear. Thanks for the tip on the riser, Joe. Also, a AR-15 carry-handle rear sight would raise the scope just fine. Overall, I'm very happy I got this stock and would recommend it to a buddy, but it could use a couple tweaks.

There is a very inexpensive alternative to high dollar raised scope rings. The 13 slot picantinny rail riser. The .5" riser was perfect to raise my scope so going to give a review of 3 bullets now. I still don't like how i have to disassemble the entire stock to clean my 10/22. The factory stock is 2 screws and takes a measly 30 minutes to break down and clean. Now it 8 screws and a lot more work to clean my gun.

I agree it makes my 10/22 look sick but when i tried mounting my scope the rails are so low the rest of the stock that you need to buy 65$ plus dollar scope ring to bring the scope to a comfortable eye level. unless you have qualms about visiting a chiropractor every other week or dont mind having your head straight sideways to look through the scope DONT BUY THIS STOCK
