If you are on a budget This may be a good way to go. I would have rather spent more money on a different one though.The positive is the canvas sling portion seems to be of nice quality and plenty durable. The negatives are: The leather is rather cheap, and I feel the bolts that hold the leather would be prone to stripping/breaking. Also the loops that hold the leather are made of plastic.

As an earlier customer wrote before, I receive an knockoff product, definitely not military issue. It was also too short to use on my fixed stock WASR-10.

I used a key chain ring to attach this to the front of my WASR 10. No trimming needed, and it holds great.

Just got my sling in today. Overall, it is functional but needed trimming on the leather tab to fit in the front. The pin to hold it together fits super tight. Definitely a do once and leave it 'til it breaks item.

Very hard to get on and off, but if you want to leave it on all the time, it would be OK.
