Transform your classic SKS from an antique rifle to a modern day tactical weapon. Glass-filled nylon stock for the SKS rifle includes a six-position M4 type extending butt and features dual sling positions, slanted grip with storage compartment, and a top handguard with rail for attaching lights or lasers.

Also included in the kit is our popular SAW pistol grip featuring a more ergonomic angle and increased width for greater comfort and control. Inside the grip housing is a useful storage compartment. Works on most SKS models including the "D" model. Does not fit Albanian models. Strong, lightweight stock includes a groove for a blade bayonet and a hole for the cleaning rod.

bought one of these about a year ago for my Norinco SKS. I was skeptical at first, thinking I didn't need something so "tacticool" for my rifle, but mine needed a new stock badly. I installed it, and after using it for more than a year, I will never again buy an assault type rifle without planning to buy a Tapco collapsible stock as well. this is a fantastic product at any price, so Cheaper than Dirt's as always low price was a nice bonus. would give this 10 bullets, but they only give you 5

Bought and delivered in 3 days, sweet couldn't wait. Thought it was going to be a big ordeal to put on my SKS PRC Type 56 but other than filling on the gas tube pin it was a breeze and took all of an hour, plus cleaning. This stock fits so much tighter than my Monte Carlo. Great buy!!

Took 2 Hours of work, with my Uncle helping, need third hand at times.Used Punch out,small hammer, Linemans Pliers for Gas Tube/Rod, had no Vise, so used Metal Anvel/ Pliers for Pin. Stock fit perfect, except where Mags fit, had to drill out 1/4 inch across for Mags to feed bullets on Chinese SKS.

I really read these review and had some reservations, but decided to purchase it since it seamed only minor modifications were needed. I was really pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble. I did not have to file or trim any of the stock for Yugo SKS and it fit like a glove. I did notice that to get the trigger assembly out you do have to take off the SAW piece, but I think I will need to just trim it out a bit. I am very happy with this purchase.

a little trimming was needed to get the part mounted to the gas tube. after that worked great. mine is Romanian and it fell right in and fits nice and snug.
