Mounted a Vortex 3x in this behind my EoTech. Alignment was perfect and it has withstood a few hundred rounds without issues. Only concern is that it works on a seemingly firction fit that then slides to the side before dropping down. Don't know how long that will stay tight. I shoot a lefty AR, so flipping to the right doesn't interfere with ejection, but it seems that you could reverse the mount so that it would flip to the left if necessary for your gun. Not an EoTech or a LaRue, but so far well worth the money for competitition and plinking.

Item is well made. It has a problem in that it does not flip to the side. It has a slide mechanism that allows you to slide the magnifier out of the way. Once moved to the side it places the magnifier directly in front of the ejector port. The locking mechanism is directly in front of the charging handle of my AR. Just know what you can live with.

Added the 7X Mako Magnifier to my EoTech Sight using the Quick Detach FTS and they work in perfect harmony with each other.
