I don't know what that guy was complaining about. I got sighted in right off. The case will hold two of these, which let me put the 9mm and .223 in one pouch. I don't find the lack of an on/off to be an issue. Just flip the end battery around for storage.

As a Concealed Weapons Instuctor, I purchased a set of Sightmark Bore Sights to demonstrate in my classes. I soon found that they are not even close to being accurate. I have a XDM 40 that shoots to POA, but the Sightmark indicates that it will hit about 6 inches off at 5 yards. I have never found any brand of bore sight device to be accurate. Don't waste your money on bore sights, they're just a gimmick. The only reason it gets 1 Bullet is because "0" is not an option.

I'm happy with this except I wish it had an on/off switch because the batteries are very small and hard to store in the little carry case it comes with. Still better than buying a couple boxes of ammo just to sight in the scope. And it is reusable and small enough to carry in the carry case I also bought from CTD.

For the price of a box of rounds, you can sight all of your guns over & over & over! I used it for my laser sight. Then I got night sights and the gunsmith used it on my 2nd trip for adjustment. It is a pain to take the batteries in & out, but you should do that with anything that is to be stored for a while, not at the ready like a laser sight. I will continue to get more for all calibers I own. and when I get a new one, this will be the one of the first things I get. And with CTD's super fast shipping, I've gotten most of every order NEXT DAY! Thanks CTD!!!

I would not use these to zero my guns as they are not that accurate, but for getting on paper so you can start the zero process - they work perfectly. I have several of these in diff calibers and I will continue to use them for what they are.

These bore sights are a must for any firearms owners. You can quickly adjust from your iron sights to a red dot scope to an add-on laser and have them all zeroed-in in a flash. It certainly saves using ammo to adjust your sights. The only thing I hate about the 9mm version is the three itsy-bitsy batteries. It's be nice if Sightmark would make these laser bore sights with an on/off switch so that you could keep the batteries in the bore sight when not in use, instead of always having to take them out after each use.
