The T3 Tension Barrel is manufactured using the highest quality materials available. The entire barrel is made from a 1" stainless steel barrel blank, providing the most solid platform of any lightweight barrel. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 tpi for suppressors or muzzle brakes. T3 barrels are chambered using a match grade chamber that is suitable for reliable semi-auto fire. A special carbon fiber sleeve is tensioned on the barrel to provide a rigid, accurate and lightweight barrel. These barrels are designed to provide a lifetime of reliable and accurate performance in a lightweight package. Blackened stainless finish.

Installed this on an AR style I was building for my girlfriend. First thing I noticed is that it is lighter than the original! Installation was easy and it moved the center of gravity back. Plus, it groups nicely. Also, it doesn't warm up after many rounds. Wish I could find one for my AR.
