I had to file one side down so my auto bolt release would work. Other than that it works fine.

The Magazine Release is made in China. It is angled forward instead of backwards like the new polymer Ruger Factory Extended Mag Releases. It still works fine but I would prefer if it was angled towards the rear like the factory model. Like many others, I also had to run a 1/8" drill bit through the hole so the pin would fit.

Outstanding product, switched out from the old one to this one in minutes. The pin fit perfectly, no drilling. This product is definately an improvement on the 10/22, and it works as promised.

I too had to run the 1/8 drill bit through the hole so pin would slide in new quick release. Easy to install and even easier to take clip out now.

Would of given it a 5 but i had to take 2 seconds to drill out hole with a 1/8 inch bit. makes the gun a million times easier to unload. what a great buy!
