12 meals per case individually packaged (4 Breakfast, 4 Lunch, 4 Dinner) Each complete meal (12 in a case) will contain an 8oz entree, 2-3 side items, a drink mix, accessory pack and a meal heater for a total of 1100-1300 calories per complete meal (13,200 - 15,600 calories per case).

An update on the MRE Star meals: all were very tasty, but we opened all 12 and my daughter and I were bummed. No sugar cookies in any of the packs. Don't get me wrong, they're well worth the bucks and fresh and tasty. Still great service from CTD, but I need my sugar fix please. These cookie pictures had me drooling.

These are great,Let my 9 year old daughter do the whole heating process and she did it with flying colors.She said they were great and ate the whole thing.Wanted these for her field trips at school.Only bummer there were no sugar cookies as stated in sales pitch.Hopefully they are in the rest of the packs.Will let you know.As always incredible delivery time,thanks CTD

I remember eat`n these things years ago, all I can say is they have come a long way with MRE`S.......I figured I better try them out before I put them in my bug out bag, the damn things are worth eat`n.
