They aren't bad tasting, and will fill you up. mine were stamped 1301 that 301st day of 2011 so they are already two years old, only reason i gave four out of five.

If you are an outdoorsman - hiker, hunter or camper - you probably don't have to watch calories. In fact you probably look for higher calorie food. I just got these today, so I haven't tried them, but I did want to mention that the number of calories listed on the label for the pouch is only 180 Calories; NOT 250 as stated for the product.

These don't taste anything like an MRE. These taste too good to come out of a pouch. I want more!

The sauce tastes richer & tangier than spaghetti out of a can... just the way I like it. I like to pack one of these on a busy day when I might not get a break for lunch. I like buying MREs this way instead of complete MREs so I'm not getting a lot of stuff I don't want or need... And the price is always good at CTD!
