| I wanted a bag just big enough to carry a Tops Knives Survival Neck Wallet, a few different folders and fixed blades-utility and defensive-such as an AG Russell Sailor's Folder, a SOG Access Card 2.0, Spyderco Police model folder, Cold Steel Recon 1 folder, AG Russell sharpener, a machete file, Quik Clot/Quik Clot Silver, Oral IV packs, Protein bars, SureFire LED light, Fenix LED light, CR123A batteries in a SureFire case, some basic First Aid gear with two pressure bandages, bandannas, a .357 Magnum revolver and speedloaders, a Glock subcompact with magazines, two MTM Case Gard ammunition wallets, and a Randall Dive knife. Finding this bag just right, AND being waterproof, AND being inexpensive, it was a no brainer! Blackhawk should make the Battle Bag waterproof, but then again, this smaller bag carries all and then some, is less and waterproof! With a standby CamelBak, backpack with dehydrated rations, the Katadyn water filter, clothing and socks/socks/socks, all I need is a long gun and ammo to go for any load up and fly situation. This case is my number 1 grab bag for hikes, dangerous weather, etc, and one hell of a good buy! |
