Padded shotgun scabbard is designed for shoulder carry or modular mounting. 14 rows of PALS webbing wrapping around both sides and the back and four detachable MOLLE compatible attachment straps allow for ambidextrous usage and attachment to any MOLLE compatible vest, harness, carrier or bag. Four D-rings allow the adjustable strap to be attached for over the shoulder or across the chest carry to meet your specific tactical needs. Additional features include bottom grommets for drainage and a removable 1 inch retention strap with a side release buckle. Fits most standard tactical shotguns.

Measures 29” x 6” x 2”.

One of the cooler things I've bought from this site. I got this w a light and mount for my 870, so it was a short honeymoon. Can't have anything attached to the front of your gun if you want to use this. Would have returned it, but I like it too much. Stuck my thunderstick in it, which is this skinny baseball bat I use for hand eye coordination. I doubt it would work for a real baseball bat though. Better you put your shotgun in it instead lol.

I bought this for my Maverick 88. Sturdy design. Has straps to fit a pistol grip beautifully, if you have one (otherwise the straps are easily removable). The webbing on both front and back (and side, haha), so you can attach it to whatever you want literally. It fits like a glove literally. It's tight enough that you'd be hard pressed to get any attachments to fit in there with the gun. Which is a shame because I also purchased a light mount (SHT-071), and it doesn't fit in there along with it. I'll probably just cut the side rails on the mount off to make it fit. I only use the mount for a flashlight anyways. I also have a side folding stock, and I keep it folded over top of the scabbard for easy carrying. I really like the setup!

I got this for my 500 Persuader. I have a Doctor-style MRDS on it and a Knoxx Spec-Ops stock. The scabbard just barely lets the gun insert all the way in with the sight on it, but it’s tight and it still pulls out nice and smooth. This looks great with the Knoxx pistol grip and stock sticking out the back. I managed to attach the scabbard to the back of my vest at about a 25 degree angle with some creative MOLLE webbing. Like everyone else I’m still working on a good quick draw for it even with my current set-up, but I plan on mostly using it for breaching and returning to my sidearm or carbine.

It is well made like everyone says but the problem I have with it is that you basically can't have any kind of accessory on your shotgun if you want to use it with this. I have LPA ghost ring sights on my Benelli and it won't fit in here. I also have a Mossberg 500 and Remington 870 and if I strip them down a bit (no shell carriers or optics on the reciever and nothing mounted on the barrel or mag tube), I can carry them in this but I haven't found any way of drawing either any faster than an 'I'm dead and so is everyone around me' kind of reaction . . . I would probably have better results with a Molle vest to tie it down to but I don't like vests. I'm going to stick with the over-the-shoulder sling, reach for the forend with my weak side hand and have the weapon on target MUCH faster than if I used this . . .
